This stunning, second floor apartment has two spacious bedrooms - so no-one draws a short straw.

One boasts a super kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. The other is also generous with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and stylish oak bedroom furniture.

The lounge is light and airy, with an L-shaped leather sofa in front of the TV and DVD player. The separate, modern kitchen-diner  is very well equipped with washer-dryer, oven and a dishwasher, and has a dining table for four.

Step through the patio doors in either the lounge or kitchen for the 'wow' factor in this self catering accommodation.

A balcony overlooks the pebble beach and sea beyond, providing a perfect spot for sipping a morning coffee while watching the boats go by.

There is an extra toilet off the hallway for visitors. WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels).

There is an allocated parking space in the secure, underground car park and further visitor spaces nearby. Please note that trade vehicles are not permitted to park – domestic cars only.

For guests with limited mobility, a lift provides easy accessibility from the ground floor parking space although several doorways have small step overs. Inside the apartment, there are both hard floors and carpets so wheelchair use may be difficult in some areas. You would need to walk through the actual doorways as they are not adapted for wheelchair use and therefore may not be wide enough to fit a wheelchair. The ensuite shower cubicle has just a small step over.

The vibrant cafes, restaurants and bars of the Waterfront area in Sovereign Harbour are just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Then straight beyond is a retail park, including ASDA, Next, TK Maxx, Boots and other shops.

Eastbourne town centre is a ten minute drive away or a leisurely stroll of around an hour from this beachfront self catering accommodation.

Eastbourne train station offers direct links to London Victoria, London Gatwick, Brighton, Bexhill and Lewes.

    Highly recommended. My husband and I have just spent the most fabulous 10 days at Beach Chic. The location is overlooking the sea and come rain or shine the view magnificent. The apartment is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. It has all the modern facilities needed to be a home away from home with the added benefit of being by the sea. The service from the management was faultless and I have since recommended this website to family and friends.

    Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.
    Atemberaubend ist der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer.
    Nach einem kurzen Weg um das Haus ist man am Meer.
    Eastbourne, Brighton, sind ebenso leicht erreichbar wie auch Beachy Head und Birling Gap mit den Seven Sisters.
    Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten mal hier.
    Translation: A very well equipped apartment. Everything is there, what you need for a relaxing holiday.
    The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtaking.
    After a short walk around the house you are at the sea.
    Eastbourne, Brighton, as well as Beachy Head and Birling Gap with the Seven Sisters.
    We certainly were not here for the last time.

    This was our fith stay in Eastbourne (our second with Exclusively Eastbourne) and by far the best yet. The apartment is situated at the far end of North Harbour. From sparkling sunlight to forever changing colours, the views from the lounge, kitchen and balcony over the sea are gorgeous. Take a pair of binoculars with you to watch the boats and water sports! The rooms are all a generous size and tastefully and comfortably furnished - the huge bed in the master bedroom has a top quality mattress (the second bedroom too but smaller). The supermarket is 5 mins. drive away and the waterside cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Sarah and Carl and their staff are extremely helpful and our thanks also to the owners for responding so promptly to our suggestion.

    Great apartment. Very comfortable large beds. Spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. Powerful showers. Exceptionally clean. Convenient for Eastbourne, Beachy Head, Brighton, Herstmonseux castle , Hastings and Battle. 15 minute walk alongside inner harbour to restaurants.

    Lovely break on Eastbourne Marina. Have stayed many times and always enjoy it. Plenty of things to see, and lovely walks around the Marina. Several nice places to eat making it perfect for having a drink with no worry of driving back. We particularly like the Thai Restaurant and Pablos. This apartment was a new one for us, directly on sea front, nice easy walk to shops etc. Apartment was beautifully clean and had everything you could need. Very comfortable too. Exclusively Eastbourne were perfect letting agents, very helpful and were there to greet us on arrival. I would definitely recommend this property and “Exclusively Eastbourne “ we shall be returning again.

    A truly outstanding flat with stunning sea views!
    Fronting the (shingle) beach, what a wonderful place to stay! Two huge bedrooms, both en suite, with another separate toilet, and a spacious lounge with kitchen off, both of which have doors opening onto the balcony, make this such a wonderfully bright and airy place to be. Secure under ground parking, lift access to this second floor flat, a range of wonderful restaurants and cafes at the nearby 'Waterfront' area of Sovereign Harbour with the 'Crumbles' retail Park on the doorstep, this place has got the lot! We booked it through the Exclusively Eastbourne team and they are wonderful. My wife and I can't recommend this highly enough and want to return asap!!

    "More than expected"
    I arrived before the cleaners had finished but they were must helpful and allowed me to offload my bags while I went for essentials foodstuffs. When I returned the apartment was immaculate. The apartment is beautifully equipped with quality items, the beds comfortable and we had no complaints. Two suggestions:- details of where/how to dispose of rubbish, and two sets of towels would have been appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous apartment and have no qualms about giving it TOP MARKS.

    Relaxing beach retreat
    It was a beautiful apartment, plenty of space and spotless. The furniture and bed were extremly comfortable; a real home from home. The location couldn't have been better. The sea views from the balcony were idealic. Lovely walks around the harbour, we were frequent visitors to the bars and resataurants. Good choice and reasonably priced. The week we were there the weather was fantastic. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of Eastbourne, about 2 miles away. Would fully recommend if a relaxing break is needed.

    We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is bigger than it looks on the photos.
    The apartment is in an excellent position overlooking the sea. It is larger than it looks on the photos. We enjoyed visiting the area and walking to the local restaurants on the harbour

    This property does not accept pets.   Smoking is not permitted.

    There is a three month minimum stay in this property.

    Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £1,000 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of longer than three months, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

    The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

    The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

    The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
