This three bedroom, centrally located short let is one of our Eastbourne holiday rentals that is ideal for families, friends and colleagues looking to getaway. It couldn't be better located in our wonderful seaside town with glorious beaches at the end of the road one way and restaurants, cafes and the town centre just moments in the other direction.

Eastbourne is such a popular destination as it offers both coastline and countryside. A short walk along the Eastbourne promenade you will reach the foot of the south downs which has miles of rolling green hills, amazing views and picturesque cliff tops.

The entire building and apartment has been completely renovated to a high standard with you (the guest) in mind. The property is modern, comfortable and extremely practical making it the perfect base to enjoy all that Eastbourne has to offer.

Eastbourne holiday rentals

The serviced accommodation is located on the first floor and is split across two levels with the master bedroom being down a flight of steps. This holiday accommodation is fully furnished and has been completed to a high standard.

The master bedroom can be set up as either a kingsize bed or with twin beds amd has plenty of built in wardrobe space.  The second bedroom is a twin room, and the third a single, so this property can offer five separate beds if colleagues are sharing. There is a three piece family bathroom suite with a walk-in shower.

The open plan living/kitchen area is a great place to relax after a long day, with a comfy sofa and an additional armchair to unwind in. There is a smart TV so you can access interactive platforms like Netflix, BBC iPlayer and more (if you have subscriptions).

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self catering and includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and washer dryer. It also comes with an array of cooking utensils and enough cutlery for each guest.

All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for stays longer than two weeks a second set will be supplied. There is free WiFi throughout, as with all our short term rentals, and parking permits can be purchased at £1 per day.

Great apartment.
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was spotless, all amenities loved the large Victorian windows. The weather was fantastic so made our stay even more enjoyable and we could see the sea from our window. We had really good food in the local restaurants, particularly the Italian restaurant down the road. We did some amazing walks including Beachy Head and Seven Sisters. The apartment was just perfect would definitely recommend.

Excellent location & only 1 min from the sea front. Surrounded by everything you need whether you want to cook in or eat out. What an amazing place Eastbourne & will definitely return again.

Great apartment fabulous location...
After having a trip to Turkey cancelled due to COVID we booked a week in Eastbourne at Appt 3 Lascelles Terrace.
We had an amazing week the apartment exceeded our expectations - better even than the photos.
The small balconies off the living room and one of the bedrooms were an added bonus as was the sea view.
The location of the apartment was great - some lovely restaurants just round the corner - we particularly liked Rosetto and Favolosa 2 mins away in the next street. Also a great David Hockney exhition at the Towner also only 2 mins away and of course the beach 2 mins in the other direction.
The parking worked really well too - spaces were always available despite the amazing weather - and a bargain at a £1 per day. We'll definitely be back to Eastbourne and would recommend Exclusively Eastbourne.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
