Looking for central Eastbourne short lets?  This modern, split-level penthouse apartment is ideally located near to the beach, the town centre and restaurants.  You will also be located just moments from the historic Devonshire Park theatre, Devonshire Park Tennis Centre, The Towner Art Gallery and the Congress Theatre.

With so much to see and do in Eastbourne being in the right location makes all the difference and this central spot is hard to beat. You are also within easy walking distance from the train station so a car is far from essential.

Stylish central Eastbourne short lets

This temporary accommodation is on the third floor, accessible via stairs (so would not suit those with mobility issues). As you walk through the front door of the apartment you are welcomed by high ceilings and floods of natural light that pours in from the above skylight.

There are three large bedrooms to choose from.  The flexible master bedroom can be set up as a kingsize or with twin beds and has an ensuite shower room, plus large triple wardrobe.   The second bedroom is a kingsize and the third a twin bedroom, so this serviced accommodation sleeps up to six. The main bathroom has a bath and shower over.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is great for social living; you can cook dinner, read a book and watch TV all in the same company. There is a dining table that seats six and a large Smart TV that allows you to stream all your favourite interactive shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering break and includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, toaster, microwave and an array of cooking utensils and cutlery.

The property also includes all bills, towels and linen and free WiFi, as with all our short term lets. Parking permits can be purchased for £1 per day.

"Clean and well appointed apartment near theatre and sea"
A modern, clean apartment with good facilities, and near to the seafront and theatres. There is no lift, but there is a wide and secure access staircase. Ideal for use by people visiting relatives in Eastbourne, We used this as an 'overflow' place at Christmas and it was ideal. Extremely clean and warm, and well appointed.

Excellent accommodation.
Myself and 2 work Colleagues arrived at this accommodation and was pleasantly surprised it was very clean, modern and next to the shopping centre where I was working, I made my booking through Exclusively Eastbourne, who made arrangement for parking permit which they issued to use, the service cleaning and change of linen and towels was very good, nothing seem to be any trouble. as we travel quite frequently due to work commitment, Exclusive Eastbourne went out there way to make our stay one of the best we have ever stayed in, they are very professional company and corresponding was excellent, I would defiantly recommend booking with Exclusively Eastbourne, if I am ever back working in Eastbourne I would defiantly give them a call.

This flat is in a great location just a short walk from the beach, theatres and the town centre. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The flat is let by a company who were efficient and professional throughout. They provided an extra clean and laundry change when we extended our stay and even arranged for some additional kitchen things to make our stay more enjoyable. The flat was clean, well maintained and has modern furniture throughout. I recommend this part of Eastbourne and this flat without hesitation.

Beautifully appointed, ideally located.
About twenty metres from the seafront, this lovely apartment is ideally placed for access to the sea and town centre - both easy walking distance.
Be aware that it is on the top floor of the building, so you'll need to climb several flights of stairs to get there. Inside it is beautifully appointed, with high quality kitchen utensils (pans, cooking knives etc) rather than the cheapest option so often seen in holiday lets.
It was impeccably clean.
For my wife, myself and our two teenage sons it worked really well for our week's stay.
And the welcome and friendly assistance from the Exclusively Eastbourne team was outstanding.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
