Eastbourne offers a fine opportunity to relax and escape urban life, with miles of promenade, sea air and Victorian charm, not to forget being on the doorstep of the South Downs National Park, with invigorating cliff-top walks, shady woods and wild flowers.
Dress Circle Holiday Flat will tick many boxes - for those guests bringing their canine friends, we can consider a small, adult, well behaved dog (please discuss before booking if you wish to bring your dog, supplement applies).
Eastbourne Holiday Flat with Balcony Views
This holiday flat is located on the fourth floor and offers wonderful views of the distant South Downs from the private balcony.
The accommodation is fully furnished and is well equipped including linen and towels, central heating and free WiFi.
The two bedrooms each have blackout blinds; the master has a kingsize bed and plenty of wardrobe space whilst the second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed which can be set up for an additional guest or a family of five.
The family bathroom has a bath and shower over, toilet and basin and has under-floor heating.
The dining kitchen is spacious and includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washer dryer, plus a table and chairs.
The living area is a cosy space with lots of seating options, a Smart TV, DVD player and there is even a Playstation 3 with games for guests to enjoy.
All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for stays longer than two weeks additional linen will be supplied.
There is free WiFi throughout, as with all our short term rentals, and parking permits can be purchased at just £2 per day. Please bear in mind that the lift is currently out of action so any guests must be OK with stairs as this is a fourth floor apartment.

Lovely flat in great location; with views towards the Congress Theatre and its new gardens, the Tennis and the setting sun over the Downs in the other direction. Newly refurbished balcony was a treat (scaffolding on Google maps has gone) sunny from lunchtime until evening gin ?(glasses provided in retro sideboard.. In fact every room has a vintage/retro something..) Beach, theatres, art galleries, quality coffee, award winning vege restaurant, and wine tasting literally 2 mins walk behind the Grand Hotel.. No time to check out their Spa, but I think it takes day visitors?) Everything we needed for an easy, relaxing break. Will def. return.. Thank you, Exclusively Eastbourne

Fantastic 2 bedroom flat in a great location for everything Eastbourne: opposite Congress Theatre & Devonshire Park, 1 minute walk to sea front and 10 minutes walk to Eastbourne Town Centre.
Flat was light, sunny, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our family holiday.
Easy parking outside of flat.

A conveniently located two-bedroom apartment near the Towner gallery and beach in a 1960s-style block.
Decorated nicely in un-fussy Modernist style.
Suitable for families with an eat-in kitchen, comfortably sized sitting room, and the twin bedroom at one end of the flat and double at the other.
Excellent apartment.
It was our first residence in the UK for a 5 member family. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with all essential and accessory appliances including a play station for the kids! It far exceeded our expectation. I am very grateful to the managers Carl and Sarah who offered continuous help and support for us during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment. I even looked for long term contract at the same apartment but unfortunately it is only for short term business.

Close to the seafront, theatres, local shops and the great Holiday Inn fish and chip restaurant that has been serving happy customers for many, many years.
The flat has a lovely balcony off the comfortable sitting room, two good sized bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.
Carl and Sarah were efficient, helpful and thoughtful hosts and offered me an early check in which was much appreciated.
I would thoroughly recommend staying in their lovely property.

The Dress circle apartment is great, its is in a fantastic location for theatre, beach, town centre and has a bus service that runs past.
The apartment is large and spacious and has everything you need.
Parking permits at £2 per day for the location is a real bargain.

The apartment is close to the beach and just along from the Theatre, its a 10 min walk into town or you can get the bus as the bust stop is close.
There are a number of coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Perfect location for accessing the beach, hiking the cliffs, near several good restaurants, close to the pier. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet, well maintained home.
Smoking is not permitted in this property.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
Adults (no puppies) dogs which have been neutered / spayed are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the building.
