If you are looking for self catering accommodation in Eastbourne then 'Harbour Lookout' offers something a bit special. In a prime position in the south Sovereign Harbour, this apartment sits overlooking the outer harbour. Its far-reaching views across the English Channel are a truly magnificent sight.
Its wonderful location also gives guests easy access to the marina's 'Waterfront' area. A short walk across the harbour promenade and you will be welcomed by many delicious restaurants and cafes - a popular spot for many locals.
With more still to offer, just on from 'The Waterfront' is the Sovereign Harbour retail park. The retail park has an Asda, Boots, Cinema, a gym, and a selection of clothing and other retail shops.
There is floods of natural light with French doors leading out onto the balcony from the lounge and master bedroom. Wake up, stick the kettle on and open up the curtains for a perfect morning coffee.

The property has a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and an array of cooking utensils.
The living area has two comfy settees that are perfectly placed to look through the French doors. You can spend those colder days with indoor warmth and a cuppa, whilst never missing out on the amazing views. There is also a TV, DVD player and a dining table for those relaxing evenings spent in.
The master bedroom is set up with a king-sized bed, those stunning balcony views as well as an ensuite shower-room.
The second bedroom is also a double room and there is a family bathroom which has a bath/shower over. All linen and towels are provided and for stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied.
The balcony stretches across the flat offering access from both the living area and master bedroom. The balcony is perfectly placed over the outer harbour, you can sit and watch as boats head out to sea.
There is secure parking suitable for small and medium size cars. We advise that you park in the visitor bays if you have a large car or van.
The apartment has free WiFi throughout and linen and towels are provided.

The flat was very nice and comfortable. It had everything that we were looking for in a holiday rental. The views from the balcony were stunning.

This apartment is a non-smoking property.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
