Choosing from a selection of South Coast cottages can be hard, but we think this outstanding 6-bedroom property offers everything you will need. It provides spacious and comfortable living and is perfect for families, guests working locally or anyone in need of temporary accommodation.

Seaford is situated between the larger towns of Eastbourne and Brighton each reachable within a 20 minute car journey or train ride. Not that you will feel the nead to leave Seaford however as it has a great selection of restaurants and cafes just a short 5 minute walk from your door as well as other retail shops on the main high street.

The town has a beautiful stretch of beach that looks over the English Channel, it is a great spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing walk along the promenade. Seaford also has a fitness and wellness centre, 2 golf courses, two tennis clubs and a couple of parks that are great for the kids.

The property has plenty of living space with downstairs having 2 reception rooms, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American style fridge-freezer, an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave and all the utensils you will need for a self catering break.

The main living room has an open fire (some logs will be provided) as well as a Smart T.V, meaning you are perfectly setup for cosy evenings in. The second living room has comfortable arm chairs and a large selection of books - it is a great space to get your head down and enjoy some quiet time. There is also a useful downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there are two more floors hosting 6 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a king bed, plenty of wardrobe space and even a smart T.V. There is a double room which has a hand basin and shower cubicle and another single bedroom. Completing this floor is a family bathroom that has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.

On the top floor there is another two double bedrooms and a final single room, there is also another family bathroom with the same bath and shower over setup.

Linen and towels are all provided and for stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied in one of the cupboards for you. Free WiFi is also included throughout the entire property.

"Excellent base for walking, visiting the south coast, unwinding in gorgeous surroundings and comfort"
Beautifully appointed spacious house that accommodated all the needs of our large family and dog. Easy walking distance to the beach (stony but unspoiled), delightful town with some real finds of eateries (Front Room, Grumpy Chef & Pomegranate). Brilliant access to buses, trains and main roads to explore the surrounding area and 15mins from Brighton via train. 3 bathrooms were a real boon for our mixed age family group and all ages felt instantly at home. Enclosed garden was very welcome for our toddlers and dog. Lovely place to chill and enjoy the area.

"Perfect seaside townhouse"
Absolutely loved this house. There were six of us in the group but it didn't feel in any way cramped because of the size. It's also right in the town centre so getting to the restaurants and cafes took less than five minutes - on top of it being only ten minutes to walk to the sea and the hill walks. We were also in Brighton a lot, which is about 20 by train, which is perfect considering how expensive staying in Brighton would have been for probably half the space! The house had everything we needed and was just an overall really nice place to get away too.

"Clean and spacious!"
Fantastic holiday villa, close to the train station and the town centre. About a 5 easy minute walk to the beach. Incredibly clean and well equipped, and tons of space. Would recommend.

Stunning home!
We loved our stay at this stunning home. Situated in the heart of the town and a 5 walk to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The children had a garden to play in. We loved the decor. The beds we very comfortable. The road was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Would love to come back.

"Superb family home - fully recommended!"
We enjoyed our stay at Seahorse Villa in Seaford so much! We were a group of nine, we had this big beautiful, big house with six bedrooms just for us! The location is brilliant - the train station is very near, a few minutes walking distance, which was very convenient as we were doing various day trips to different towns and cities, such as London, Brighton and Eastbourne. Also, it is very near the town center and the beach, and there is a shop just around the corner (1 minute walk), which was opened until 23:00. The house is really nice, beautifully decorated, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need if you, for instance, decide to stay indoors, cook and have a meal in the house. Lastly, and equally important, the host is very lovely, pleasant and immensely helpful; the communication was smooth, responses to our queries were prompt. Thank you!

"Bellissima casa vacanze/ beautiful holiday home!"
Decisamente una delle case vacanze più belle in cui io sia mai stata! Ho trascorso qui una settimana insieme alla mia famiglia. L'abbiamo scelta perché spaziosa, noi eravamo in 7, (5 adulti e 2 bambini) e non volevamo rinunciare ai nostri spazi. La casa è arredata con gusto, è pulita e luminosa. Seaford è un paese costiero piccolo ma molto carino. Con una piccola camminata si raggiunge la stazione (treno ottima opzione per visitare Brighton e Eastbourne), i bar (in Uk si chiamano cafè) e i ristoranti. Seaford è una buona base per visitare il sud dell'Inghilterra. Non perdetevi per nulla al mondo le bianche scogliere delle Seven Sisters, Beachy Head and Birling Gap!

Definitely one of the most beautiful house I have ever seen! I have been there for a week together with my family. The house is well-furnished, clean and luminous. We chose this accomodation because we were 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) and we didn't want to "sacrifice" our spaces. Seafor is a little nice small seatown. With a small walk you can reach the station (train is the best option for visiting Eastbpurne and Brighton), the cafès and the restaurants. The house is an ideal base for visiting the South Coast of England (do not miss Seven Sisters, Beachy Head and Birling Gap!!!).

Gorgeous stylishly decorated spacious house.
Spacious house, large rooms, over three floors, gives a great sense of space for everyone. Lovely kitchen - the heart of every home! Perfect for holidays, get-togethers for large family or friendship groups. Tastefully decorated; very well equipped. Perfect location, quiet residential road, 2 / 3 mins walk from good local independent restaurants and cafes. Only about 7 mins walk from Seaford's beautiful Promenade and beach and from Seaford Head with its stunning walk to Cuckmere Haven.

Lovely large house that accommodated the whole family. Lovely quiet seaside walks in beautiful surroundings. Close to the cafes restaurants and good local pubs. We would stay again. Thanks Ben

This property does not accept groups for parties. Pets may be considered (supplement applies) so please call to discuss. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays are considered out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £400 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply.   Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them.   Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone.  They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you.  You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the house.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
