Eastbourne holiday cottages don't come much more stylish and immaculate. This newly renovated two bedroom mews house provides modern and practical self catering accommodation.
Silverdale Mews is an attractive enclave which offers a delightfully tranquil location and yet is set just five minutes walk from the seafront or 10 minutes from the theatres and Eastbourne town centre.

The cottage has two bedrooms providing serviced accommodation for up to four adults or a family.
The lounge is situated upstairs with a comfortable sofa and an additional easy chair. A smart TV allows you watch all Freeview channels plus Netflix if you are a subscriber (don't forget your sign in details) so you don't miss your favourite shows. You can also play your favourite music can be played through the Bluetooth player. A delightful balcony off the lounge provides natural light to fill the room with a small table and chairs for your morning coffee.
The two bedrooms are also upstairs - one bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom is flexible and can be set up either as a kingsize or with twin beds. There is also shower room with walk in shower.
The kitchen-diner downstairs is large and well equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, cafetiere and washer dryer. For coffee lovers there's a Nespresso coffee machine (don't forget your Nespresso pods or these can be bought locally at Lakeland), plus all the equipment you’ll need for short term lets in Eastbourne.
The dining table comfortably seats four and there are additional comfortable chairs. There is also downstairs cloakroom for added convenience.
All linen and regular towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied. For those bringing a car, there is parking for one car in the carport and additional free parking on the roadside.

Smoking is not permitted in this property.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
