If you looking for something a little bit special, you can stop looking. Nestled in the cliffs overlooking the renown beauty spot of Hollywell beach, this South Downs Way accommodation offers floor to celing glass windows and doors which provide unparrelled views directly out to sea.
On arrival, you enter a large foyer area which leads immediately into a perfectly equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette comprises of a two ring electric hob, fridge, toaster and Sage mini oven and air fryer. A dining room table and chairs for two completes this very useable space.
The kitchenette leads on to the living room which offers not only sea views but also overlooks a mature garden. Choose to sit in the comfort of a highly stylish sofa to watch the (sea) world go by or instead you may wish to throw open the floor to ceiling glass doors in order to enjoy the views whilst sitting out on your own private balcony.
Should you need to work from home (and you are able to tear your eyes away from the scenary around you!) you will also find a full size desk set up.
Take the stairs leading down to the ground floor to the bedroom with two single beds and a large en suite bathroom complete with huge shower and large corner bath. Once again, you will find floor to ceiling windows as well as a patio door which leads out to a seating area - perfect for a sun downer cocktail or two.
With crisp, white sheets and big fluffy towels, as well as WIFI and a smart TV, this South Downs Way accommodation provides everything you need for the perfect, adults only, holiday.
Situated in Meads, you are ideally located for village high street shopping. Should you wish to venture a little further afield, you will find Helen Gardens on your doorstep from where you can saunter on down to the Holywell tea chalet for a reviving cup of coffee before strolling on towards to world famous Eastbourne bandstand where you might be able to catch a tune or two.

Adults-only property. Minimum age of lead guest 25+. Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Friday to Friday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
