Available for lets of a minimum of three months, this premium Sovereign Harbour holiday let is fully furnished, offers lift access and a private parking space.

The Sovereign Harbour is a hugely sought after part of Eastbourne that offers a truly peaceful holiday location. This property is close to local amenities and is only a 10 minute drive into central Eastbourne.

From the apartment you can take a short walk along the marina promenade to 'The Waterfront'. The Waterfront is home to some delicious restaurants with a wide range of cuisine, cafes and a few quaint shops. A walkway then leads through to the Sovereign retail park where there is a cinema, Asda, gym, boots (chemist) and some other retail/clothing shops.

The apartment is spacious throughout with a large living area and separate kitchen, it comes with an allocated off road parking space and you can access the apartment via lift or one set of stairs.

The property is modern throughout and well presented with warm furnishings. The bedroom comes with a king sized bed, built in wardrobe space, a TV and an ensuite shower room. There is also the added benefit of a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The living area comes with a comfortable sofa as well as several separate sitting chairs. There are french doors leading onto your private balcony that gift breathtaking views across the channel. There is a Smart TV that is connected to the internet, any guests with Netflix or other streaming accounts can access them here. A DVD and VCR player is also provided along with a selection of films for you to watch. This room is fully designed for the perfect place to unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, cafetiere and an array of cooking utensils. Towels and linen are provided, and a permit for your allocated parking space will be provided on check in.

High quality accommodation in quiet environment. High quality accommodation in quiet environment . The apartment is nicely situated in a modern, well maintained block. The interior is well furnished and everything works as it should. The linen is clean and fresh and the mattress and bedding likewise.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a good-sized fridge-freezer, proper oven and gas hob. The washer-drier disappoints taking an age to dry clothes but, as this is overwhelmingly a summer residence we hung clothes to dry on the balcony.
North Sovereign Harbour takes a bit of time to understand.... very few properties appear to be occupied so it is very quiet (End of May) Access to shops and the cinema is a bracing walk to South harbour. No problem unless you have mobility issues. There's a frequent bus service to Eastbourne and further afield if you do.
If you are looking for easy access to Eastbourne do remember that the town is a 30 minute bus ride away, 15 minute car ride with difficult parking at busy times. For us the location was good, the apartment comfortable, functional and clean. Having an en-suite and separate bathroom together with the balcony clinched the deal.
Highly recommended but remember it is not in the centre of Eastbourne!

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) per week booked and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
