Completely renovated this year, the cottage was originally the stables to the rather grand farmhouse which remains in the grounds close by and shares the gardens.

Located in Old Town Eastbourne, the historic, atmospheric heart of Eastbourne which is just a short stroll away from the current town centre.

This serviced accommodation is available for stays from one week through to several months and comes fully set up with utility bills included, as well as WiFi.

The rental makes a super base for those working locally or perhaps in need of short term accommodation when the builders are in, or if between houses.

Immaculate dog friendly cottages in Eastbourne

This Eastbourne holiday cottage provides excellent living space for up to two people.  Plus a dog may be considered if small, adult and neutered (please contact us to discuss your pet, a supplement will apply).

There is an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen including a fridge (with small freezer compartment), hob, oven, microwave, cafetiere, washing machine and utensils, plus a generous table and chairs to seat up to four.

The separate living room comes with a large SMART TV in front of comfortable sofas.  A rear door from this room leads to a private patio area, plus there are additional  shared spaces in the gardens.

Upstairs in the eaves of the cottage is a spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed, plenty of storage space and views over the scenic Motcombe Gardens located in front of the property. There is a handy toilet on this level, plus a main bathroom with bath and shower over on the ground floor.

This self catering accommodation is centrally heated throughout making it suitable for stays throughout the year.  It is literally next door to The Snug, making this an excellent choice for those who appreciate proximity to colleagues but who enjoy their own space.

Linen and regular towels are provided, together with enough milk, tea and coffee for welcome drinks, as with all our dog friendly cottages in Eastbourne. WiFi is provided and there is unrestricted street parking if needed.

"Very nice cottage well appointed in nice area"
The cottage is a modern and clean in a very nice area of Eastbourne plenty of local shops pups and restaurants it is about a 20 min walk into town but is near the Eastbourne to Brighton bus route and they run every 10 mins.
Sited next to the baths and opposite a lovey park the area is very quiet we will certainly try to book again the next time we visit Eastbourne.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

One small well behaved adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact the Exclusively office to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the cottage.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent. Strictly no smoking throughout the property.
