Situated just a few minutes walk from Eastbourne's bustling Waterfront area, you'll be spoilt for choice with a selection of cafes and restaurants practically on your doorstep. There's also a nearby retail park including a Boots, Wilko, TK Maxx and an Asda to top up on the essentials during your stay.

Providing you can tear yourself away from gazing out the window, this apartment is an ideal base for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding areas. The town centre is a short 10 minute drive away with the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park just slightly further along. Alternatively, why not head in the opposite direction to see what Pevensey has to offer, steeped in history with its medieval castle and picturesque 1066 Country Walk.

This adults-only apartment boasts a light and airy living area with two comfortable sofas to relax in front of the smart TV, or to simply while away the time watching the boats sailing in and out of the marina.

The lounge leads out through the French doors onto a private balcony where you can enjoy a moment of calm and breathe in the fresh sea air - what better way to unwind from the stresses of modern day life? There's also an outdoor table and chairs for a spot of al fresco dining during those long summer evenings. There are two double bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to four guests, making this Sovereign Harbour apartment perfect for couples, friends or colleagues looking for a short term let. The master bedroom benefits from wonderful water views and access on to the balcony as well as an ensuite shower room, whilst the second bedroom is set at the rear of the property with built-in wardrobes providing ample storage space.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath if you fancy indulging in a long soak.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. You'll also find plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for a self-catered stay.

The flat is on the fourth floor but rest assured it has a lift so there's no need to worry about lugging heavy suitcases upstairs! It has the added bonus of an allocated parking space plus there are extra visitor spaces if required.

Free WiFi is provided, as well as all linen and regular towels (please bring your own beach towels). Additional linen is supplied for stays of two weeks or more.

Great apartment, lovely views and location, well equipped and very welcoming on arrival.
Enjoyed our stay and our walks into Eastbourne along the seafront.

Fantastic holiday.
We had a wonderful week at Seaviews.
The apartment's location was superb.
We loved watching the constant flow of boats coming and going, also a friendly seal swimming up and down.
This is the fourth time we have stayed in Sovereign Harbour and the third in Pevensey Bay but this is by far the favourite.
We walked, swam and relaxed.
The apartment was fully equipped with everything that was needed.
We will definitely be back.
We would definitely recommend it.

Welcoming, comfortable and clean apartment.
Great location viewing the harbour and a enjoyable stroll to Eastbourne.
The lift helps to make it easy to transfer your cases from car to the apartment.
Good security on doors, very quiet inside the apartment, didn't hear the alarms for the boats arriving and departing unless you open the balcony doors.
The kitchen provides all essential facilities and equipment needed for our stay.
Fantastic place to stay in Eastbourne, highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment with stunning sea views.
This Apartment was everything we hoped it would be.
It is well-maintained, clean and restful and contained all the things we needed on holiday.
The sea views are spectacular. It is within easy reach of the Sovereign Waterfront and Marina.
There are plenty of walking routes nearby, and it is easy to drive to Eastbourne or further afield from this location.
We would certainly consider going back there again in the future.

Absolutely does what it says on the tin and more!
Just back from a fabulous holiday in an amazing apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, wonderfully comfortable beds and nothing would have been too much trouble for the rental team ( not that we needed anything as everything was perfect). The views are stunning, the welcome packs very very generous and you overlook the basin where the boats come in and out of the harbour straight out to sea - so relaxing especially with a family of seals basking on the sands who we watched daily. Within 2 mins you are at the harbour, another 7 mins walk and you are at the lovely shops and eateries. This apartment is a must for a visit - we shall certainly be going back again.

Cosy well equipped apartment with amazing view out to sea. Perfect for few days relaxing. Apartment is situated among several apartment blocks, but very peaceful. Perfect.
We had a great stay at this apartment.The apartment itself is beautiful,its clean and modern and has everything you need for a lovely holiday,fabulous views,comfortable beds and local amenities. There are shops and bars about 10 mins walk away and a bus goes into Eastbourne every hour I think and Brighton and Bexhill on Sea are on the bus from Eastbourne and well worth a look. Highly recommend,would go back in a heartbeat

Great Place For Relaxing.
We had a lovely relaxing stay in Seaviews. The only problem was the weather, shame you can't book that too! We stayed at end July/beg August. Collecting the key was easy and the Exclusively Eastbourne team were very informative regarding the booking. The apartment is on the 4th floor (there is a lift!) which gave great sea views. It was so nice to sit and have breakfast on the balcony watching the world go by. Perfect location for people (and seal) watching! We didn't see many boats passing as they didn't go out when it was raining, but on the sunny days, it was lovely to see the sailing boats go past on their way out to sea. If you have the Marine Radar app on your phone, it tells you where the boats have come from and sometimes where they are going to - or you can track them. We tracked one sailing boat that left the harbour and sailed for 2 days to The Hauge, Netherlands! The apartment has a nice layout and is very comfortable for 2 adults. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, I slept very well. The en-suite is a good size and very clean. The only little niggle I could see was that the shower cubicle wall by the toilet looked like it was dirty, but on closer inspection (and giving it a go myself!) it wasn't dirty at all, but seemed to be marks on the glass. I don't know if it can be changed, but it would look so much better if it could, I'm probably not the only person to notice it. The lounge has 2 nice size sofa's, but they are quite low, I found it difficult to get up out of the one under the kitchen window, I ended up putting a cushion under the seat and that helped make it easier to get up from it. The other wasn't quite so bad, but my husband liked spreading himself out on that one! One thing I missed in the lounge is a coffee table, there are a nest of tables and we did use them, but it would have been much nicer to have had a coffee table. The kitchen is well equipped and a good size. The fridge freezer is big, It's so nice to have a large fridge and freezer, so often the freezer is a small cubby inside the fridge, but here the fridge is up the top and the freezer is at the bottom. freezer is huge with 4 drawers and the fridge has 2 pull out fruit/salad boxes and 3 or 4 shelves. The door has a holder for milk bottles at the bottom and smaller holders for butter/eggs/ cheese etc. The milk holder has a crack in the bottom, so I was a bit concerned about putting the bottles in, in case it broke, so I stored them on a shelf in the main part of the fridge The cooker, gas hob and dishwasher were easy to use, though make sure you have the cooker switch on when using the gas hob, otherwise it won't light. It is a short stroll to the shops on the harbour, 4 Seasons was a nice place for coffee and cake, the cakes are all home made and delicious. The chippy was quite good too, not too greasy. Up past the shops is the pedestrian walkway to Asda and the other stores. The Dotto land train runs near the Apartment, it was £5 for an adult day ticket where you could get on and off as many times as you liked, otherwise it was about £2.60 for a single trip. It stopped at the end of Atlantic Drive by Asda and also on the Prom by the Sovereign Park West Car park toilet block. Both stops are a good 10 mins walk from the apartment. We took this into Eastbourne and it was a nicer trip than taking the bus as it went all along the Prom. Staying here did the job it was meant to, relax and recharge! We would stay here again without hesitation.

Ce bel appartement a été un élément important de nos vacances à Eastbourne. Bel emplacement, bel équipement. De plus la communication avec les propriétaires a été superbe et très amicale. Au pied de la mer, d'un parc national, pas très loin de Londres, Eastbourne est une bonne base pour explorer le sud de l'Angleterre. A refaire donc :-)

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets, nor parties permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+ and this is an adults only property.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
