Check in time
Check in is from 4pm onwards.
An early check in may be possible if the property is not taken the night before - please call to discuss a few days before.
Key handover
Some of our properties have keysafes and for others you'll pick up keys from our office. Just call the contact in your welcome letter a few days before you arrive to arrange.
Late arrival?
With a keysafe to collect keys, a late arrival is no problem. After you've had a good night's sleep we can answer any questions you have about the property or area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the house to be perfect for our requirements. Thanks for all your help and we must add that we found Exclusively to be professional and competent in every respect. It was a pleasure to deal with you and we hope to repeat the experience before too long.
At the end of your stay
Check out time
Check out is by 10am.
A late checkout is only possible if new guests are not arriving that day and if arranged in advance - please discuss on check in.
Do I have to clean?
No need to wash bed linen and towels - we'll take care of those during our end clean.
Please dispose of rubbish, wash your dishes and leave the furnished property in good order.
Security deposit return
After you leave, we will check the property for damage, loss and unreasonable mess.
We return your security deposit within one to two weeks of your departure.
