The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, right down to fresh, fluffy towels in the bathrooms and crisp linen on the bed, with a fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for self-catering - why put up with a hotel, with minimal space and no flexibility or freedom to cater for yourself?

This top floor (3rd floor) conversion is modern and immaculate and ideal for a couple who are perhaps in between houses, new to the area and want to try-before-they-buy or have the builders in back home and want to escape the dust. Or maybe you are working locally and are fed up with hotel room and Nandos :)

Enjoy an open plan layout which includes the spotless kitchen (think induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine – plus plenty of cooking utensils for your self catering stay).  There is a dining table for two people in the stunning arched window.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent. Please read full T&Cs.
