Welcome to The Greenhouse, a bright and welcoming mews-style Eastbourne airbnb offering a comfortable, eco-conscious stay close to the beach. With solar panels, triple glazing and air conditioning, this family-friendly home combines modern comfort with thoughtful energy efficiency.
Sleeping up to five guests, The Greenhouse is around a 10-minute walk from the seafront and close to Princes Park, making it an ideal choice for family seaside breaks, coastal adventures and relaxing holidays in Eastbourne. An off-road parking space adds to the convenience.
Light, comfortable living
The spacious open-plan living area is designed for easy family time, with two sofas and a Smart TV with DVD player. The adjoining kitchen and dining area features a breakfast bar and everything you need for a self-catering stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
A ground-floor shower room provides additional convenience, while air conditioning helps keep the cottage comfortable during warmer weather (and provides heat in winter months).
Three bedrooms
Upstairs, the generous master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. There’s also a twin bedroom and a cosy single, both featuring charming sloping ceilings.
The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, making the property particularly well suited to families or groups of up to five.
Bed linen, towels and WiFi are included – just remember to bring your beach towels.
Explore Eastbourne
The Greenhouse is tucked away in a peaceful development on Eastbourne’s eastern side, close to the beach and Princes Park. The park offers playgrounds, tennis courts and a boating lake, while the nearby Sovereign Centre provides swimming and leisure facilities.
Follow the seafront towards the historic Redoubt Fortress or continue into Eastbourne town centre, around a mile away, for restaurants, cafés, bars, theatres, cinema and the Towner gallery.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
