Looking for a Hastings Airbnb that's only a stone's throw from the beach? St Leonards Lookout might just be the perfect place for your seaside getaway.

This third floor apartment is set right on Warrior Square with stunning views overlooking the gardens and out to sea. The promenade is literally seconds away and is perfect for summer strolls (with fish and chips along the way of course!), plus there are miles of pebble beaches for dips in the sea.

St Leonards and Hastings offer a variety of local attractions from Heist, the trendy indoor street market, to the Country Park for scenic walks along the coastline and the iconic Victorian Pier for some traditional seaside fun.

There's also the charming Old Town area of Hastings where you'll find an eclectic mix of quirky shops and independent eateries lining the history-rich streets.

The flat has great transport links and is no more than a five minute walk from the train station with easy access to Eastbourne, Brighton, Gatwick Airport, London Victoria and Ashford International. Free parking is also available on parts of Warrior Square and other nearby streets if you're coming by car.

This short let apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout and has high ceilings and large windows to maximise the light, spacious feel.

The lounge has a large, comfortable sofa in front of the Smart TV and a dining table seating up to four.

The stylish kitchen boasts the same great views as the lounge and is well-equipped with everything you could need for a self-catered stay. There's an oven, ceramic hob, compact fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and a good selection of cooking equipment and utensils.

There's a double bed in the bedroom and the spotless bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Free WiFi is provided, as well as all linen and regular towels (please bring your own beach towels). Additional linen is supplied for stays of two weeks or more.

There is no lift to reach the apartment so stairs are involved, but the views make it well worth the climb!

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
