With two double bedrooms, Beach Cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests — perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.
Large windows flood the cottage with natural light, with French doors that open straight onto the terrace and garden.
Inside, the contemporary, open-plan living area is both stylish and comfortable, featuring two cosy sofas facing the fireplace and TV (if the ever-present sea views don't constantly tempt you outside!). The dining table is positioned right next to the windows so you can take in the scenery whilst enjoying your meal, plus there is an additional sofa by the patio doors offering another perfect viewing spot.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, complete with an oven, hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and all the cookware you might need.
The family bathroom offers a bath with shower over, with complimentary toiletries provided along with fresh towels and crisp white bed linen. A locked side passage is ideal for storing bikes or watersports equipment.
While this Pevensey Bay holiday cottage is a dream in summer, fully adjustable gas central heating ensures it’s just as inviting year-round — think wide winter skies, quiet beaches and invigorating walks.
If you can tear yourself away from the garden and beach, Pevensey High Street is only a few minutes’ walk, offering cafés, shops, and pubs. The South Downs National Park is an absolute must for endless countryside and coastal walks, with the some of Eastbourne's most iconic sights along the way including the dramatic Seven Sisters cliffs and Beachy Head Lighthouse.
History enthusiasts are spoiled too: William the Conqueror landed in Pevensey in 1066, and the area features landmarks including Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux Castle.
Just ten minutes away by car is Bexhill, home to the De La Warr Pavilion, a contemporary arts and performance venue with a popular seaside café.

Minimum age of lead guest 25+. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
