The maisonette was furnished and equipped to a very high standard and everything you could need or want was provided . The view is stunning and the house extremely comfortable. Parking was easy and the owners, who live downstairs, were so helpful and accommodating. Very near to the centre of Pevensey Bay so amenities close at hand. would definitely recommend and hope to go again soon.

The location was incredible, walking distance to all the amenities of Pevensey Bay, which was a a surprising amount. The view of the Bay was the real highlight every morning. Be sure to go to Ocean View Bakery in the mornings and the Moorings next door for supper.

This huge flat has been renovated to a very high standard. The attention to detail and the decor in the rooms were a joy. The rooms not only look beautiful but are sunlit and very comfortable. They accept dogs, even like them, which is a plus. The owner lives downstairs and is friendly and understanding. The parking spaces are also a boon. The view is breathtaking. The restaurant next door does good, well priced food but tables need booking. This place has everything!

We stayed in Beach Garden last week.
My Son made the booking for us. It was my husband and I wedding anniversary, 50 years so it was a special treat . To bring all our family together for the celebration. We fell in love with the house as soon as we saw it. It was so lovingly decorated by Keith and Ken the owners. They have thought of everything in this house, the house was so well supplied with all the things needed, but not always present in holiday let houses. This house was so warm and cosy, it felt like a home, and not rented . We felt really happy there. Did not want to leave. The house is right on the beach, and next door to the moorings restaurant, so not far from all that you may look for on a holiday. Our grandchildren loved the view from the small bedroom upstairs for them. Thanks to Keith and Ken also for the card and flowers for our anniversary. Such a special touch, and much appreciated. We would love to come again on holiday, or short break. Thanks again to Keith and Ken and also holiday letting. By the way the beds were so comfortable.

"Great place with lovely view"
Group of 7 stayed here for a week in late may. The flat itself is big and furnished beautifully with all the mod cons needed. There are two big bedrooms (one very big with en suite) and 1 medium sized. The neighbours are lovely and suggested some days out and nice restaurants. Owners live downstairs and are really nice, helped with any questions we had. All bedrooms come with large TV's and big double beds. The view is amazing and the sunsets over the sea are beautiful. The photos on the website do not do this place justice. Will defiantly be staying here again in the future.

"Beach Garden Pevensey Bay"
The property was fabulous. Right on the beach with amazing views of the sea. There was a balcony with a sea view and at the end of the garden there was decking with table and chairs and a summer house with numerous loungers. The owner had gone that extra mile with tissues, hand cream and quips in each bedroom plus shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant accommodation, great for dogs and an ideal location.
From the moment we arrived we had smiles on our faces. We were greeted by Keith who was friendly and extremely helpful and when we were shown the accommodation we could not have been happier. It was clean and gave us everything we needed and more. All the rooms are spacious and the children had plenty of space to play, without getting under our feet. There was loads of space for all our things (2 adults, 3 small children and 2 dogs) and the utility room was great to put our outdoor things in. When we had a problem with one of the showers Keith got it sorted the very next day. Brilliant service!!! We had use of the summer house which was great as the adults could relax while the kids enjoyed the beach (even though it is pebbles until the tide goes out). The property is in an ideal location as not in the centre of Eastbourne so peaceful but was only a short drive into the centre and in close proximity of lovely Brighton and loads of other things to keep the kids entertained and happy. I can't say enough positive things about Keith, he made us feel welcome from the start. When I found out he lived downstairs I felt a little nervous as I know how much noise my little ones can make but I had nothing to worry about as he said he could hardly hear them and said that this was our home for the 2 weeks which put me at ease and made the holiday even more enjoyable. I don't think there is a better review then me saying that the place was so nice we were looking at availability for 2020 2 days into our holiday. Thanks to Keith again, hopefully see you again next year.

The location is perfect, a few steps from garden to beach. The beach is not a beach, it is large stones as is all the coast in the South. The house is terrific. Huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and great supply of hot water. Lovely views across the Channel and very quiet surroundings. Spent a while trying to find fault, but it is honestly the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in.m The beds are amazing and everything was spotlesslely clean. The owner lives on the ground floor and is extremely pleasant and helpful.

We had a lovely family holiday in this wonderful, spacious apartment which has amazing views out to sea and direct access through the garden onto the pebbly beach. Keith, the owner, is very helpful and friendly and provided tea, coffee and milk for our arrival as well as many additional little touches in what we found to be a very well equipped property. Plenty to do in the area - we particularly enjoyed visiting Battle, Hastings and Go Ape at Bedgebury Forest, as well as walks on the beach and playing board games in the very comfortable living area.

Can't ask for anything more here - it is modern and spacious as well as extremely comfortable.
Wonderful views, local shops in walking distance, and what seems to be a very popular restaurant next door(didn't get to try it on this visit as we had the dogs with us).
The owner is very friendly and gave us tips for places to visit. Even the neighbours are wonderful and gave us suggestions.

We loved our time there as there was everything needed for comfort in a spacious well designed apartment. The views were outstanding looking over the beautiful Pevensey shingle beach. One of amazing things we enjoyed was the superb Beach Hut at the end of the garden furnished with an L shaped settee and a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool. Lovely comfortable sun lounges and an area to dine out. It was super and only a short walk from town.

This is our 3rd visit....that is how much we love it here! As other reviews have said....stylish, comfy, and has everything you need. It really doesn't matter what the weather is like, the view is amazing! Keith is so friendly and will give you tips on places to visit if you would like. The neighbours are also so friendly. The beach hut at the end of the garden really is such a bonus. I really wish I could keep it a secret!! ??. Exclusively Eastbourne is a great company to book through- helpful and responsive. Cannot rate this property high enough. Fantastic x

We are just back from an amazing stay. The property is located in a wonderful position right on the beach with views from the balcony over the sea.There is also a lovely cosy beach house with seating, parasol and fridge. Inside the apartment is very spacious and beautifully maintained with a beautiful bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Keith was a friendly and welcoming host and the apartment had some nice extras . Will definitely book this one again - wonderful thank you

Amazing beach stay - fabulous views and outstanding accommodation
Super clear instructions on how to get to the Beach House, Keith was there to welcome us and show us round. Within about 5 minutes, we'd all relaxed and it probably took a minute more to realise we how much we loved the accommodation. It's really spacious, plenty of room, super clean and well equipped. The view is simply fantastic - didn't matter what the weather, we just loved it all. In addition to all of that there's a lovely garden with a beach hut (including comfy seats, blankets and a fridge) and picnic table right next to the beach. We got many envious looks as we used all of them, even on a rainy day! To be honest we didn't venture too far as we're local, but enjoyed a lovely cream tea at Pevensey Castle and Rosie's Fish n Chips. As you can gather we'd highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, on the beach, every possible amenity to make our stay perfect, warm cosy, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Keith could not have been more helpful, we are definitely going back. The sunrise in the morning was amazing and sitting in the beach house with a glass of wine and a good book watching the boats was extremely restful

A very well presented apartment fitted out to a good standard. Great location on beach, well located for docks, historic sites & South Downs Way.

Quite the hidden treasure!
Perfectly located right on the beach (never busy during our stay, early August) within a lovely quaint village, full of history.
Food, drinks and shops within easy walking distance. Short drive to a large complex with M&S etc, and to the train station for links to beautiful places all along the coast, if you can tear yourself away from Beach Garden. Immaculately presented stylish property which accommodated our group of 6 adults very comfortably, with plenty of room to spare.
Thoughtful provision of everything you could need from tea/coffee to a dishwasher, washing machine and drier.
The bedrooms and bathrooms have wonderful touches of luxury (the beds! the bath!) and the whole accommodation invites you to relax, whether within the property or out in the garden with comfortable chairs, blankets and a fridge for convenient refreshments.
The host achieved a really great all-round friendly balance in relation to communication/contact. Finally, it has the most exquisite view you could wish for, ideal!

The first words my friend uttered were I am not going home I'm moving in. From the stupendous sea view to the comfort and functionality the best we have ever stayed in here or abroad.
Even set up with a xmas tree and lights on the balcony.
Every bed converts to singles which is rare today. That also makes them monster when doubles. Bedrooms are large,all have a tv.
The whole place is tasteful throughout. Parking,walking distance to pubs that serve food.
The village caters for everyone. Hardest thing is to tear yourself out of the lounge gazing out at the view.
You go through the garden onto the shingle beach. Five doors down is the Aqua bar for those who dont like a walk.
Easy drive to Eastbourne,Bexhill and we also visited Rye and Hastings. Might be december but we had a glorious time. The owner is extremely helpful and nice.
Would recommend it to everyone.

The property was beautiful, having just been refurbished, it was very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, even the summer house at the end of garden was well kitted out with fridge, beach chairs, windbreak and blankets.
Host Keith lives below and was on hand if needed but equally gives you the space to enjoy this gorgeous property.

Fabulous apartment for special occasions.
We booked this apartment for our Golden Wedding Anniversary so that family members could visit as well. Without doubt it was the best decision. Keith, the owner, could not have been more helpful. His attention to detail in the apartment is remarkable. It was spotless , spacious and extremely comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beach Garden and made some very special memories.

Lovely peaceful break
This is a really lovely spacious apartment.
The beach hut in the garden is a bonus, it has a fridge and sofa and the owner has thoughtfully provided throws so you can spend windy days in there just watching the sea.
Keith is very discreet and approachable.
We found Pevensey very peaceful just the occasional dog walkers and the views from the apartment are stunning. There are shops in the village for milk etc.

Family Fun at Pevensey Bay.
Beach Garden apartment is all you could ask for good value family fun at the seaside. The location is literally 30 paces from the beach, and when combined with excellent sea views from the lounge/diner and upper bedroom it all adds up to a fun family holiday by the sea. The split level apartment is well appointed with excellent kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities. And there is plenty to do and places to see nearby in the locality for children and adults!

A perfect holiday venue.
You do not often find a property as good as this! We were five adults and two young children. The upstairs flat was perfect for the family of four with a king, two singles and a small study/ bedroom for a cot. The glass balconies on both levels overlook the sea and the lounge/dining room/kitchen is spacious and extremely comfortable. We have already booked for next year! Keith, the landlord lives on the ground floor and is very helpful with advice about the area. The garden is lovely and leads straight onto the beach with a great summerhouse with sofas, a fridge and chairs. We loved it. A perfect holiday venue.
