Experience a truly relaxing stay in this beachfront hideaway - one of our favourite places to stay in Pevensey Bay. Located in a quiet little town just outside of the popular Eastbourne area, you can enjoy immediate access to beaches, restaurants and local amenities.
With calming sea views from multiple rooms this property not only offers a great place to relax but, also offers a great place to get stuck into some work from home.
If you enjoy the comforts of eating out there is a selection of delicious restaurants and cafes all just a few hundred yards away - with varying cuisines on offer there is something for everyone!
The property is a 3-4 bedroom split level apartment with a private entrance. It has been newly refurbished inside to a high standard and is spacious throughout.
Places to stay in Pevensey Bay
From the open plan living/dining area you have incredible views of the English Channel through large sliding doors that lead to your private balcony. There is a dining table that comfortably seats six and a large corner sofa that is perfect for those nights in. There is a Smart TV with internet capabilities in the living room and all of the main bedrooms meaning you can watch interactive shows on Netflix and other apps so don't forget to bring your sign in details.
On the first level of this serviced accommodation you have two bedrooms. The larger has a super-king size bed that can also be set up as a twin room if preferred, while the other is a fixed kingsize. There is also a family bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower on this floor.
If you enjoy home cooked food and like to prepare your own meals, the kitchen comes fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and a large selection of cooking utensils and cutlery. With the kitchen wrapping round into the dining room you can also prepare your food whilst enjoying the glorious views on offer.
There is also a separate utility room on this level with a washing machine, tumbler dryer and ironing facilities.
On the top level there is the master bedroom with another zip and link bed that can be set up as a super-king or two twin beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over and an adjoining room that has two full-size single beds for additional guests (be aware that guests in this fourth room have to go through the master bedroom, so it ideally suits children who want to be close to their parents). You once again get the benefits of the amazing ocean views.
All linen and regular towels are provided (but please bring your own beach / swimming towels) as well as free WiFi and all reasonable bills. There is also an off road parking space available.

"We had an excellent time here. My two young girls loved the accommodation and spent hours playing on the beach. The location was superb, we were able to spend time exploring the south coast in the day (we did Hastings, Eastbourne and Seven Sisters) and spending long evenings on the beach. All the local amenities are within a short walk and we loved the local bakery! The owner was very welcoming and really helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning. A fab few days with the family"
"Marine Court was fab"
A brilliant apartment, fantastic sea views, all mod cons and more. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. The owners had decorated the apartment for Christmas and bought Christmas table cloths and napkins, and delivered crackers to us later in the week too. The apartment is clean, well furnished, with every thing you need. The bedrooms are all large, with great beds and linen. Pevensey Bay, is a lovely village, you are so close to everything. We will definitely be back

Pevensey Bay village has everything you need, restaurants, pubs ( we sampled a few and we made very welcome), small shop, plus an amazing shingle beach.”

The maisonette was furnished and equipped to a very high standard and everything you could need or want was provided . The view is stunning and the house extremely comfortable. Parking was easy and the owners, who live downstairs, were so helpful and accommodating. Very near to the centre of Pevensey Bay so amenities close at hand. would definitely recommend and hope to go again soon.

The location was incredible, walking distance to all the amenities of Pevensey Bay, which was a a surprising amount. The view of the Bay was the real highlight every morning. Be sure to go to Ocean View Bakery in the mornings and the Moorings next door for supper.
"Excellent accommodation, on the beach"
This huge flat has been renovated to a very high standard. The attention to detail and the decor in the rooms were a joy. The rooms not only look beautiful but are sunlit and very comfortable. They accept dogs, even like them, which is a plus. The owner lives downstairs and is friendly and understanding. The parking spaces are also a boon. The view is breathtaking. The restaurant next door does good, well priced food but tables need booking. This place has everything!
We stayed in Beach Garden last week.
My Son made the booking for us. It was my husband and I wedding anniversary, 50 years so it was a special treat . To bring all our family together for the celebration. We fell in love with the house as soon as we saw it. It was so lovingly decorated by Keith and Ken the owners. They have thought of everything in this house, the house was so well supplied with all the things needed, but not always present in holiday let houses. This house was so warm and cosy, it felt like a home, and not rented . We felt really happy there. Did not want to leave. The house is right on the beach, and next door to the moorings restaurant, so not far from all that you may look for on a holiday. Our grandchildren loved the view from the small bedroom upstairs for them. Thanks to Keith and Ken also for the card and flowers for our anniversary. Such a special touch, and much appreciated. We would love to come again on holiday, or short break. Thanks again to Keith and Ken and also holiday letting. By the way the beds were so comfortable.

"Great place with lovely view"
Group of 7 stayed here for a week in late may. The flat itself is big and furnished beautifully with all the mod cons needed. There are two big bedrooms (one very big with en suite) and 1 medium sized. The neighbours are lovely and suggested some days out and nice restaurants. Owners live downstairs and are really nice, helped with any questions we had. All bedrooms come with large TV's and big double beds. The view is amazing and the sunsets over the sea are beautiful. The photos on the website do not do this place justice. Will defiantly be staying here again in the future.
"Beach Garden Pevensey Bay"
The property was fabulous. Right on the beach with amazing views of the sea. There was a balcony with a sea view and at the end of the garden there was decking with table and chairs and a summer house with numerous loungers. The owner had gone that extra mile with tissues, hand cream and quips in each bedroom plus shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Thoroughly recommended.
Brilliant accommodation, great for dogs and an ideal location.
From the moment we arrived we had smiles on our faces. We were greeted by Keith who was friendly and extremely helpful and when we were shown the accommodation we could not have been happier. It was clean and gave us everything we needed and more. All the rooms are spacious and the children had plenty of space to play, without getting under our feet. There was loads of space for all our things (2 adults, 3 small children and 2 dogs) and the utility room was great to put our outdoor things in. When we had a problem with one of the showers Keith got it sorted the very next day. Brilliant service!!! We had use of the summer house which was great as the adults could relax while the kids enjoyed the beach (even though it is pebbles until the tide goes out). The property is in an ideal location as not in the centre of Eastbourne so peaceful but was only a short drive into the centre and in close proximity of lovely Brighton and loads of other things to keep the kids entertained and happy. I can't say enough positive things about Keith, he made us feel welcome from the start. When I found out he lived downstairs I felt a little nervous as I know how much noise my little ones can make but I had nothing to worry about as he said he could hardly hear them and said that this was our home for the 2 weeks which put me at ease and made the holiday even more enjoyable. I don't think there is a better review then me saying that the place was so nice we were looking at availability for 2020 2 days into our holiday. Thanks to Keith again, hopefully see you again next year.
Comfortable apartment in great location.
Right on the beach. Walking distance to local pubs and restaurants. Easy access to the Pevensey Marshes and great English countryside. Spacious accommodation for 6 adults.

The location is perfect, a few steps from garden to beach. The beach is not a beach, it is large stones as is all the coast in the South. The house is terrific. Huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and great supply of hot water. Lovely views across the Channel and very quiet surroundings. Spent a while trying to find fault, but it is honestly the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in.m The beds are amazing and everything was spotlesslely clean. The owner lives on the ground floor and is extremely pleasant and helpful.
Smoking is not permitted in this property.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter lets may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the house.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
