Skip to the Beach is a prime example of popular Pevensey Bay holiday homes. It sits just back from the beach and offers all the space and facilities an extended family will need for a timeless beach holiday in the UK

As well as this property's cracking location the interior offers comfort and practicalities. You will find four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and large living areas with comfy seating and space to stretch out.

Extended at the back to create a relaxing dining area and an additional lounge – from which you can take in the substantial private garden.

Pevensey Bay is a great location for stays whether you are in the middle of relocating homes or looking for a quiet place to work.

The town has a good selection of cafes, restaurants and local pubs where you can indulge in tasty local foods within a warm atmosphere - The tapas style Chinese food at the Happy Dragon is a favourite of ours!

Skip to the Beach can sleep up to 8 guests with up to six adults and two children in the bunk beds.  There is a super-kingsize bedroom and a double bedroom at the front (both with sea views) and then a single bedroom and a triple (a single bed plus two bunk beds) overlooking the rear garden.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and toilet upstairs and an additional cloakroom downstairs.

Fresh, fluffy towels and pressed, white linen are provided in the property but you will need to bring your own swimming / beach towels.

The front of the property has lots of space with room for 3 or even 4 cars so nobody will be left having to carry their luggage a long way.

Free WiFi is also included throughout the property.

We stayed at many accommodations booked by Exclusively Eastbourne, this one was the most comfortable and convenient for us and a great experience.
Beach within walking distance, great location and qas secluded and peaceful for us to relax and stay as a family.
Spacious and traditional set up so it felt very homely with a spacious conservatory and garden area along with a big driveway.

Lovely house with great location. Extremely close to beach and nice playground (2 minutes walk). Shopping possibilities also nearby and only 10 minutes to Eastbourne center.
House has everything you could want. Kitchen had everything (including coloured lights which the children loved).
Would highly recommend it.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the cottage.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours,
