Skip to the Beach can sleep up to 8 guests with up to six adults and two children in the bunk beds.  There is a super-kingsize bedroom and a double bedroom at the front (both with sea views) and then a single bedroom and a triple (a single bed plus two bunk beds) overlooking the rear garden.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and toilet upstairs and an additional cloakroom downstairs.

Fresh, fluffy towels and pressed, white linen are provided in the property but you will need to bring your own swimming / beach towels.

The front of the property has lots of space with room for 3 or even 4 cars so nobody will be left having to carry their luggage a long way.

Free WiFi is also included throughout the property.

We stayed at many accommodations booked by Exclusively Eastbourne, this one was the most comfortable and convenient for us and a great experience.
Beach within walking distance, great location and qas secluded and peaceful for us to relax and stay as a family.
Spacious and traditional set up so it felt very homely with a spacious conservatory and garden area along with a big driveway.

Lovely house with great location. Extremely close to beach and nice playground (2 minutes walk). Shopping possibilities also nearby and only 10 minutes to Eastbourne center.
House has everything you could want. Kitchen had everything (including coloured lights which the children loved).
Would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended.
This is a lovely place.
Communication before check in was good, we had all the information we needed and getting in late in the evening was no problem due to the key safe entry.
On arrival everything was very clean and tidy.
The house is great, crisp linens on the beds, a couple of TVs, nice conservatory / dining area separate from the lounge and a super garden with a brick BBQ, which is a nice haven for humans and canines alike.
Very quick walk to the beach (pebbles unless the tide is out), 200 yards at most I would say; and only a 5 minute walk to the local town of Pevensey Bay with a couple of pubs, 2 nice cafes & a good Indian restaurant as well as convenience store, fish and chippy, kebab shop and Chinese takeaway... Sovereign Harbour is about five minutes drive and has an Asda and a big Boots, plus a few other big retail stores. For food and drink there's a Harvester, Thai, Italian, Indian and Mediterranean restaurants and a couple of bars as well as a decent selection of 'super' yachts to take a look at. Eastbourne, with more facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment is 10-15 minute drive away depending on where you are heading. Further afield, we really loved driving to Seaford Head and looking at the great view of Seven Sisters; then on to Birling Gap with the option of walking towards Beachy Head or over the Seven Sisters themselves.
Everything is beautiful in the National Park.

Really close to the beach. Has a large garden and plenty of off road parking.
Has large communal living spaces and 4 bedrooms.
The outside bbq area is spacious and the patio for dining has a good selection of furniture.
Great for groups or families.

Great property - light and spacious, comfy seating, loads of storage space, ample parking and with speedy access to the beach and local amenities (Pevensey Bay mini supermarket, bakery, Chinese takeaway and the Smugglers at Pevensey all deserve a mention). We enjoyed the selection of book and toys in the property for both adults and kids. Garden is secure (great for a dog, for whom there was no problem in including on the booking). Lots of activities to enjoy in the local area (we recommend walking around Sovereign Harbour, Cuckmere Haven, Eastbourne Model Railway, Princes Park and Pevensey Bay playgrounds - but note no dogs allowed in the latter, the Observatory Science Centre at Herstmonceux, Pevensey Castle, swimming at the Sovereign Centre). The property is well placed relative to Eastbourne supermarkets and attractions. Owner and Exclusively Eastbourne management team were super helpful. Our first AirBnB experience but it all worked pretty well.

We had a lovely stay. Very easy to get to amenities, lots of local shops. Very comfortable stay. We had a problem with the toilet and it was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely house in great location!
Had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend. We are a family of 5 with a dog and stayed here over the Easter break. The house is very spacious with a big garden and lovely conservatory. It's very well located in a quiet area - 2 minute walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, plus short drive to Eastbourne, Pevensey Castle, and Battle/Hastings. 5 stars!

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the cottage.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours.
