Located in the popular Sovereign Harbour area in a building set next to the lovely seaside promenade, the first floor Beachside Apartment boasts side sea views from the lounge and kitchen.

Stylish serviced accommodation

Well equipped and stylishly furnished throughout, this contemporary serviced accommodation is popular with business people and holidaymakers alike, with a private, allocated parking space and WiFi on tap.

The spacious dining lounge is comfortable and light - great for relaxing after work or a day's adventures. Sink into the large, L-shaped sofa in front of the TV and DVD player, or catch up on emails at the dining table, which seats up to four.

The galley-style kitchen is modern and well stocked for self catering, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer dryer and plenty of cooking utensils.

The bedroom includes a good-sized fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wall-mounted TV in case you like catching a late show in bed. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi bath and separate shower.

A cleaning and linen change service can be provided on a weekly basis, or more frequently, if required - just ask for details and prices. Naturally all towels and linen are provided and if you are staying several weeks and don't opt for the cleaning service, you will be provided with a second set of towels and linen to allow you to change as needed.

The cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and bars of Sovereign Harbour's vibrant Waterfront area are just a short walk away, as well the supermarket, shops and cinema in the nearby retail park. Eastbourne centre is just four miles away.

Eastbourne is very close by; just 10 minutes by car or a leisurely walk along the promenade.

This serviced accommodation also makes an excellent holiday rental.

Everything was perfect. Your arrangements before the holiday; the lovely lady that met us at the apartment. The cleanliness of the accommodation was second to none - your cleaners need congratulating. I would recommend Exclusively Eastbourne to anyone. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig und hell. Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und schnell. Hilfe beim Ausladen des Gepäckes wurde angeboten, da nur ein Treppenhaus und kein Lift vorhanden ist. In der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Meeresblick war von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer möglich. Kaffee, Tee, usw. waren in der Wohnung vorhanden und man hatte alles was man für's erste benötigt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut; WIFI und reservierter Parkplatz sind vorhanden. Der Zugang ist Kennzahlen geschützt ebenso wie der Zugang zu den Müllbehältern. DIe Passworter sind in der Dokumentation.

"Highly recommended"

The Apartment is ideal for a couple. The location is perfect, apartment is clean, fully fitted, with quiet surroundings and lovely beach view.

Impessive Appartment at Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne.
A very clean, cosy and well equipped apartment. Wifi excellent. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend this apartment for both long and short let.

"Wonderful Sovereign Harbour"
A lovely comfortable apartment, which we used as a base for walking the south Downs and surrounding coastal towns. We enjoyed our stay so much we are looking to return later in the year and would recommend to family,friends and indeed anyone else.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im coolen Hafenviertel
Gut bis sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung mit großem Doppelbett. Übergabe durch Verwaltung hat sehr gut geklappt. Grundausstattung von Tee über Salz war vorhanden. Waren zu zweit, hatten dadurch genug Platz. Für 4 Personen vielleicht etwas zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in Eastbourne, Brighton und Hastings.

Good to very well equipped, clean apartment with a large double bed. Handover by administration worked very well. Basic equipment of tea over salt was available. There were enough space for two for two. For 4 people maybe a little too little dishes and glasses. Great base for exploring Eastbourne, Brighton and Hastings)

"Amazing"
Apartment, location and area were all amazing, me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the quiet beach right outside and the harbour just around the corner who could ask for more, the apartment itself was warm comfortable and beautifully clean thank you so much for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Trujillo Court [Beachside Apartment]. We were greeted by Jacob who was was welcoming and helpful. The flat was very comfortable and in a wonderful position just by the beach. Handy for walking to the shops at The Crumbles. We certainly would like to stay there again. "One of the best apartments we have stayed at"
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this lovely apartment. It is in such an excellent position being so close to the sea with sea front walks to Sovereign Harbour or Pevensey and a short walk to the Crumbles shops. The bed is very comfortable and the jacuzzi bath a luxury. The kitchen is well equipped and has a lovely view over the beach to the sea. This certainly is one of the best apartments we have stayed in and certainly hope to return again.

Wonderful sovereign harbour.
A lovely comfortable apartment, which we used as a base for walking the southdowns and surrounding coastal towns. We enjoyed our stay so much we are looking to return later in the year and would recommend to family,friends and indeed anyone else.

Great seaside stay.
I very much enjoyed my stay in the Beachside Apartment.
Staff at Exclusively Eastbourne were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond.
The flat has everything you need, a nice sea view and is only meters from the beach.
I would recommend this flat to anyone considering a trip there.

Mooi appartemant schitterend uitzicht.
Locatie is gemakkelijk te bereiken eigen parkeerplaats en schitterend appartement met uitzicht op zee. Deze wijk is volgebouwd met appartementen en is zelf voorzienend betreffende winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. De prijzen zijn vergelijkbaar met de regio, je hoeft beslist niet te reizen voor eten en boodschappen. Voor de goede wandelaar is de pier van Eastbourne in een uurtje te bereiken. Door de afgesloten hal en de sociale controle voelt het zeer veilig aan.

Perfect beach-side apartment.
The apartment is exactly as shown on the website and has everything you need - the parking space is a bonus and there are even DVDs to watch in the drawer under the TV! It was all very clean, the bed was comfortable and Sovereign Harbour is a nice place to spend time. As well as the huge beach you have almost to yourself, there are pleasant walks around the traffic-free harbours themselves. My wife and I highly recommend the apartment and Exclusively Eastbourne for their helpful service.

Wonderful apartment with a fantastic view.
This was our third stay at Beachside.
We love the wonderful view and ability to go to the beach at any time.
An easy walk to Sovereign harbour with cafes & restaurants.
Wonderful to see so many birds and wild plants along the beach walk.

Perfect base for touring the South Downs.
This is not our first stay, the location is less than 100yards from the pebbled beach.
Has its own parking space which is a premium in this area.
The apartment is bright and fresh home from home.
Easy access by bus to Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings to name a few .
Many cycle and walking routes.
Would highly recommend, would definitely return again.

This property does not accept pets.   Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable £200 deposit per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
