Marina Views is a beautifully presented, furnished house available for short term lets East Sussex, families between properties or friends sharing. The property sleeps 9 guests in full sized beds and an extra child on a futon bed if required.

This short term rental overlooks one of Sovereign Harbour’s quiet inner quays with stunning water views from the garden and first floor balcony. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach, the shops and restaurants of the bustling Waterfront area.

Well equipped for short term lets East Sussex

Set over three storeys, this contemporary townhouse can sleep up to 10 across five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower and ground floor bedroom with an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobe space can be made up as either a kingsize bed or two singles. In addition, there is a a further kingsize bedroom, a single bedroom with a futon bed (child only) and a bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children only. There is also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over, plus a WC/cloakroom on the ground floor.

The dining kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped for self catering stays, including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washer-dryer and all the cooking utensils you will need.

Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a private decked terrace. It's complete with an outdoor raised dining set, perfect for al fresco dining waterside where you can watch the boats sail by. This area is also enclosed so young children can enjoy the fresh air too.

The lounge is set on the first floor of this furnished property and offers a relaxing oasis to unwind, with two large sofas aimed towards the views and the flatscreen Smart TV. French doors open to a delightful balcony, offering another vantage point to enjoy the harbour views.

There is driveway parking for one car and free roadside parking for any additional cars. WiFi is included along with towels and linen, in addition to welcome teas, coffees and toiletries to get you started.

A small-medium sized, adult, spayed/neutered dog will also be considered on a selective basis (supplement applies - please contact us to discuss before booking).

Sovereign Harbour's retail park is just a short drive or easy stroll away. It has an Asda, Boots (chemist), TK Maxx, Next, and a selection of other retail shops.

Eastbourne's train station is around three miles away with direct links to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Bexhill, Lewes and Brighton.

And if you want to bring your pooch along in order to really make this a home from home, well-behaved neutered / spayed adult dogs are considered with prior approval (£50 supplement will apply per dog).

Wonderful weekend in an excellent waterside home - brilliant
The home was perfectly situated for Eastbourne, Beachy Head and Seven Sisters walks and lovely coastal walks.
The house was very clean, welcoming and a great place for a family gathering.
Beautiful when the sun was out overlooking the marina.
Everyone in our party of 6 said they would love to come back.

Lovely waterside property.
This is a spacious property which was ideal for 5 adults.
It has amazing views over the harbour and is just a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Lovely and clean appliances and kitchen area.
Neat and tidy lounge with a great view of the harbour.
Rooms were a good size and owners very pleasant, meeting all of our needs.

Airy, spacious and comfortable, well equipped, excellent location.
Very clean and well presented - even in these Covid times, we felt confident in using everything in the house.
Double bedrooms (king size beds) are very comfortable indeed, as is the living room.
Kitchen/diner provides plenty of room for a couple of cooks not to bump into each other all the time - and eight to eat.
We were six last year, five this, and hope to stay here again.

The garden is really special. Lovely entertaining area
The house is well situated overlooking the Marina. The garden has a lovely aspect, a real suntrap with nice seating area. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely modern downstairs double bedroom and modern tasteful shower room. Even has a balcony off the lounge with a harbour view. A nice quiet residential area with parking. Plenty of restaurants to eat at. Supermarket in walking distance. Suited our needs as a family visiting relatives.
Exclusively Eastbourne are a wonderful helpful company who we have used before and would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect house for a family group.
We all loved this house, the location was perfect. Stunning views of the harbour from the patio and balcony which had the sun all afternoon and evening. Although there is only one parking spot there is plenty of free parking places on the street for extra cars. Restaurants are a short walk away which is a bonus. We were a family group ranged in age from 8 to 73 years and no one had any complaints.

We had three generations of family in the house while visiting family in the area.
The house accommodated us all really well. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sheltered garden overlooking the harbour and easy access to shops and restaurants. Great communication from the hosts with detailed instructions on how to find and access the house and suggestions of things to do, they even sent us a reminder to put the bin out which was very helpful. We all had a lovely holiday.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in this property. There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

One adult, spayed/neutered, small-medium sized dog will be considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the property.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
