Aqua Marina is a delightful apartment in the Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne, ideal for Sussex holidays or for those lucky enough to be coming to the area for work.

With beguiling water views which can be enjoyed from both balconies (yes, there are two!), you'll find it hard to tear yourself away from the apartment, but on your doorstep you'll find a selection of waterfront restaurants, cafes and a handy retail park with an Asda, Boots, TK Maxx and more.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room, with its own balcony overlooking the marina.

The second bedroom is set up as a twin, making for a flexible set up for small families, friends or colleagues. There is an additional family bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower attachment.

There is an open-plan living/dining room, flooded with the natural light cascading through the French doors, with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The dining table seats four and there is an additional small table and chairs on the balcony if you fancy having your morning coffee al fresco.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Hotel Chocolat coffee machine, as well as a washer-dryer to take care of any laundry needs.

The captivating views are helped by the second floor setting, but rest assured there is a lift for easy access. There is also the added bonus of an allocated parking space (as well as extra visitor spaces if you have more than one vehicle).

Free WiFi is provided, as well as crisp white linen and fluffy towels (but please bring your own beach towels).

Eastbourne town centre is only a quick 15 minute drive along the seafront, where you'll find a selection of four theatres - the Congress, Devonshire Park, Royal Hippodrome and the Winter Gardens. Adding to the cultural scene is the award-winning Towner Gallery where you can take in the many exhibitions on offer. The gallery also played host to the Turner Prize in 2023!

Eastbourne is also home to the world-renowned pre-Wimbledon tennis tournament which brings in thousands of visitors to the town each year.

Slightly further afield, you'll find historic Pevensey Castle to the east, whilst some of Eastbourne's most recognisable sights can be found to the west including Beachy Head and the wonderful South Downs National Park.

Eastbourne benefits from a good public transport system, with regular buses and trains directly running to Lewes, Bexhill, Brighton, Hastings, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.

Perfect location and lovely views flat was perfect for what we needed and the views of the marina were a nice change.
Flat was spotless with fast communication from the owners well worth the price and having free parking at your door was a bonus

Minimum age of lead guest 25+. Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
