Situated in the Sovereign Harbour, the vibrant Waterfront area is just moments from the apartment where you'll find a selection of tempting restaurants offering different cuisines including Thai, Indian and Italian. There is a nearby retail park including an Asda, Wilko, Boots, Next and other stores.

Eastbourne is packed with places to visit and sights to see. The town centre is only a short ten minute drive away and is great for a spot of retail therapy, from an array of high street brands in The Beacon Centre to the charming Little Chelsea area for independent shops and cafes.

Head to the South Downs National Park for peaceful countryside and invigorating cliff-top walks to take in the unmissable Beachy Head Lighthouse, the Seven Sisters and Birling Gap (don't forget to treat yourself to tea and cake at the National Trust Café). Alternatively, why not take a gentle stroll along the Cuckmere River, meandering all the way to Friston Forest.

The apartment is also perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding areas including Pevensey with its historic castle and the traditional seaside towns of Bexhill and Hastings a bit further along the coast.

Eastbourne accommodation for four people

This first floor apartment comfortably sleeps up to four people across two bedrooms. The master has a kingsize bed and plenty of storage space, whilst the second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed for added flexibility which can either be set up as a superking or twin.

There are two spotless bathrooms - an ensuite off the master bedroom with a shower plus a family bathroom with a bath.

The living room has two comfortable sofas to relax in front of the Smart TV where you can access Freeview channels and internet apps such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer (don't forget your login details). Large double doors lead out onto the private balcony with views over the inner harbour. There is also an outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the boats bobbing along.

The kitchen looks through into the lounge meaning it benefits from the same stunning water views. It's fully equipped with all the essentials for a self-catered stay in Eastbourne including oven and hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, De'Longhi coffee machine and washer-dryer.

There is a lift and an allocated parking space in the gated car park, so ideal for those looking for easily accessible Eastbourne accommodation. Additional visitor spaces are available if required.

Free WiFi is provided, as well as all linen and regular towels (please bring your own beach towels). Additional linen is supplied for stays of two weeks or more.

My family and I had a lovely stay in this apartment.
It was wonderfully warm, though we were still grateful for the blankets provided for extra cosiness at night and while watching tv.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
We all enjoyed the view of the marina.
What a joy to open the curtains and see the boats and the calmness of the water!

Beautifully appointed apartment with lovely views.
Close to the beach with a delightful walk into Eastbourne along the prom.
The apartment is situated in a very quiet area of Sovereign harbour looking out, from the lounge, onto a small marina.
The kitchen is really well equipped and everywhere is spotless.
The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of hanging and storage space.
The Exclusively Eastbourne team were fantastic going above and beyond to help and support us.
We will definitely be back .

Home from home in Eastbourne.
Perfectly and thoughtful equipped holiday flat with its own parking space. Great view of the harbour and in short walking distance to the Marina restaurants and shops. Very clean!!!

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
