Located directly above the renowned Ministry of Hair salon on Cornfield Road, the apartment was originally part of the salon, and the property still contains features which nods to its hair styling heritage.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed with an ensuite leading off it, plus a separate WC (with handryer!).

The open plan living/dining/working area is spacious, light and airy and has a two-seater sofa, armchair and a dining table seating up to four. The modern, marbled kitchen area provides you with everything you would expect from self catering accommodation in Eastbourne. With an oven, fridge-freezer, two ring hob, microwave, and a plethora of cooking utensils you’ll be able to whip yourself up a meal in no time.

In the heart of Eastbourne.
Only a few steps away from supermarkets, restaurants and train station. Bus stations directly at the accommodation ( so it can get a little louder), access to the apartment from the main street (always well lit). Very clean accomodation and excellent contact with Exclusively Eastbourne office at any time.

Happy stay!
Due to circumstances my stay was for 6 weeks and I was very happy there. The facilities are excellent and the bed comfortable. My only small recommendation would be the provision of a hook on the back of the bathroom and shower doors for hanging a dressing gown.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
