For those that are wanting self catering accommodation within walking distance from it all, The Beacon Loft might just be the perfect option for you. This property is only a five minute walk from the train station so great for those not wanting to bring a car or if you are working in town.

The brand new multi-million pound shopping centre is just at the end of the road, with dozens of new shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all opening their doors for business at the end of 2018.

The wonderful Eastbourne coastline and long stretch of promenade is also just a short five minute walk from your door meaning you really are in the centre of it all.

Central Eastbourne short lets

As you enter the property there is a flight of stairs that lead you to a large open plan living/dining with two large sofas and a dining table which seats six.

The living room has a Smart TV with internet capabilities meaning you can watch all your favourite shows through apps like Netflix and the BBC iPlayer (you must have your own accounts to sign into these applications).

Across the landing is a well equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the cooking utensils you will need on a short term lease.

Upstairs, the first of the three bedrooms is the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and a classic dressing table. The second bedroom is a sea themed room that has a flexible setup, you can choose to have either a king-size or two single beds (please advise at time of booking). The final bedroom is a fixed twin room.

The shower room is also upstairs and has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

All linen and towels are provided in this serviced accommodation but please bring your own beach / swimming towels.   For stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied. If you are bringing a car you can purchase parking permits for just £1 per day.

WiFi is free and accessible throughout and the details are provided in the welcome pack.

As there are a large number of stairs, this property would not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

"Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung"
Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zum Strand bzw. Bahnhof, allerdings auch wirklich direkt an der Straße, das war der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ging über Mail perfekt, sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

"We are enthusiastic"

The stay with the family was very pleasant at the apartment which is centrally located in Eastbourne, very close to the train station, the bus stop and the shopping center, for us it was essential.
The apartment is large and with all the comforts, clean and renovated.
The agency very helpful on arrival. We very enjoyed our stay.

Small well behaved adult neutered / spayed dogs (over 3 years old) will be considered – please contact us to discuss. If accepted a £50 supplement per dog will apply. Please see full Terms and Conditions. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or apartment building.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Friday to Friday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
