For those that are wanting self catering accommodation within walking distance from it all, The Beacon Loft might just be the perfect option for you. This property is only a five minute walk from the train station so great for those not wanting to bring a car or if you are working in town.

The brand new multi-million pound shopping centre is just at the end of the road, with dozens of new shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all opening their doors for business at the end of 2018.

The wonderful Eastbourne coastline and long stretch of promenade is also just a short five minute walk from your door meaning you really are in the centre of it all.

Central Eastbourne short lets

As you enter the property there is a flight of stairs that lead you to a large open plan living/dining with two large sofas and a dining table which seats six.

The living room has a Smart TV with internet capabilities meaning you can watch all your favourite shows through apps like Netflix and the BBC iPlayer (you must have your own accounts to sign into these applications).

Across the landing is a well equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the cooking utensils you will need on a short term lease.

Upstairs, the first of the three bedrooms is the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and a classic dressing table. The second bedroom is a sea themed room that has a flexible setup, you can choose to have either a king-size or two single beds (please advise at time of booking). The final bedroom is a fixed twin room.

The shower room is also upstairs and has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

All linen and towels are provided in this serviced accommodation but please bring your own beach / swimming towels. If you are bringing a car you can purchase parking permits for just £2 per day.

WiFi is free and accessible throughout and the details are provided in the welcome pack.

As there are a large number of stairs, this property would not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

"Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung"
Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zum Strand bzw. Bahnhof, allerdings auch wirklich direkt an der Straße, das war der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ging über Mail perfekt, sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

The stay with the family was very pleasant at the apartment which is centrally located in Eastbourne, very close to the train station, the bus stop and the shopping center, for us it was essential.
The apartment is large and with all the comforts, clean and renovated.
The agency very helpful on arrival. We very enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this beautiful apartment in August 2020 (Mum, Dad, 2 boys 10, 13).
We thought it was perfectly positioned for local bars, shops and restaurants with easy access to the seafront and old town.
The apartment itself was lovely and spacious and exceptionally clean with all the facilities you would need to self cater if required. Carl and Sarah were super hosts, responding quickly and informatively to booking requests and subsequent questions.
A great place to stay.

Perfectly located
I stayed at The Beacon Loft with my best friend on 12th September for a week. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and spotless. Perfectly located in the middle of town, train station less than five minutes away, restaurants, coffee shops on the doorstep. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets were left in the kitchen there for us, no need to buy any. The living room was massive leading on to a lovely quaint little balcony. Two good size double bedrooms upstairs plus a twin bedroom. The bathroom was quite large, with a great invigorating shower. This property is the perfect base for anyone wanting to tour East Sussex.

My first thought was that the space is far bigger than it looks. Three large bedrooms on a separate floor, huge sitting room and six person dining table. The kitchen has everything. The place was clean and perfectly located to go to the seafront, local shops or anything else! Communication was immediate and responsive and I highly recommend this place (just not when I want to have it again)!

Lovely spacious apartment near to everything you could nee .
The apartment was perfect , spacious , clean , light and airy.
A few minutes from the sea front , located in a street with many shops and restaurants , we dined twice at the Italian restaurant next door .
Very easy to eat out or self cater .
Highly recommended but It is up a flight of stairs so just bear that in mind if mobility is an issue .

Family holiday September 2021.
The apartment was situated in the town centre with shops, restaurants and bars for all preferences and ages.
Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for a family holiday with adult children and their partners with everything on hand to suit everyone.
The beach was 5 minutes walk away with a grassed area at the Wish Tower to walk our dog.
We had a fantastic time away and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great spacious apartment in central location
Very bright and spacious family friendly apartment, very clean and well furnished.
Good central location with shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the seafront a short walk away.

We would stay here again without hesitation.
It is very clean and up to date.
The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see various parts of the southern coast as it is right near the train station.
Check in is very simple and everything is exactly as described.

Spent a wonderful week in Beacon Loft. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Very convenient for the tennis and the town centre. Issues with smoke alarm and rubbish disposal dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Eastbourne sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wunderschön, sehr sauber und die Lage war einfach genial. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, nur ein Badezimmer mit WC. Wir konnten uns aber gut damit abfinden.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Friday to Friday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
