This Eastbourne holiday rental is set in a prime spot overlooking the inner marina at Sovereign Harbour, complete with generous outdoor space and a beautiful terrace.

Picture yourself enjoying breakfast in the sunny, private garden, with the morning light dancing across the water.

The marina view provides a constantly changing backdrop – fishing boats, charters, sleek yachts and cruisers drift by, creating a peaceful, mesmerising escape far removed from the rush of everyday life.

Inside, this holiday home feels bright and airy, with natural light streaming in from the marina through the patio and balcony doors.

This three-storey townhouse sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms on the upper floors, ideally suited for up to four adults and one child.

The top floor houses the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, ensuite shower room and TV. Also on this floor is a second bedroom that can be arranged with either a king-size bed or split into two singles, along with a family bathroom featuring a rainforest-style shower over the bath.

On the first floor you'll find a single bedroom suitable for a child up to age 13, as well as the comfortable lounge. This inviting space includes two sofas, a smart TV, and access to a balcony where you can soak up those captivating marina views.

The ground floor offers a handy WC and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with patio doors leading out onto the private terrace. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dining table seating up to six people.

Outside, there is a barstool-style table, perfect for al fresco meals, as well an an outdoor sofa to unwind on as you relive the day’s adventures.

Children of all ages are welcome, and one small-to-medium sized, adult, neutered dog may be accepted (please contact us to discuss before booking, supplement applies).

The Waterfront is just a few minutes' walk away, with a variety of cafés and restaurants. There is also a large Asda and a retail park featuring Boots, Next, TK Maxx and more.

There are plenty of places to explore nearby, including historic sites such as Pevensey Castle and Battle, famous for events that shaped England’s history.

Bexhill-on-Sea with its iconic De La Warr Pavilion or the vibrant scenes of St Leonards and Hastings also make for great day trips.

Eastbourne is an easy, scenic walk along the flat promenade - around an hour - with plenty of cafés and ice cream stops along the way, leading to the centre of town with the Pier, theatres and the Beacon Centre for shops and cinemas.

No stay is complete without visiting the South Downs National Park. Enjoy dramatic cliff-top walks along the Seven Sisters, breathtaking views from Beachy Head, and not forgetting a well-earned treat at the National Trust café at Birling Gap!

Eastbourne offers direct rail links to London, Gatwick Airport, Ashford International and Brighton, so while having a car is helpful, it definitely isn’t essential.

This Eastbourne holiday rental has driveway parking for one car, with additional free on-street parking directly outside. All linen and towels are included, with an additional set supplied for stays of two weeks or more. Free WiFi is also provided.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

A small-to-medium sized dog will be considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the property.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
