Sleeping up to six guests, Harbourside Haven works equally well for families, couples travelling together or a group of friends. Two of the bedrooms have versatile zip-and-link beds, allowing you to choose between a king-size arrangement or two single beds to suit your party.

The house is tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac and has a private driveway parking space for one car.

On the ground floor, a generous open living space creates a sociable heart to the house. Large patio doors open directly onto the waterside terrace, bringing the marina right into view.

The contemporary kitchen is well equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay, with an oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and L'Or Nespresso coffee machine. A dining table sits beside the window, giving you a lovely outlook over the marina while you eat, while a small sofa provides an inviting place to sit and enjoy the view.

Three floors, plenty of space

Head upstairs again to the top floor, where the master bedroom enjoys particularly attractive views across the water. It features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite shower room.

The third bedroom is also on this floor and offers the same king-size or twin configuration, making it easy to tailor the sleeping arrangements to your group. There are fitted wardrobes here too, giving everyone plenty of space to unpack and settle in.

The family bathroom is conveniently located on this floor and has a bath with shower over. There’s also a WC on the ground floor – a small but useful addition when you're enjoying the house during the day.

One of the great advantages of Harbourside Haven is its location. The central Waterfront area of Sovereign Harbour is an easy walk away, with a good choice of restaurants, cafés and bars overlooking the marina.

Just beyond the Waterfront you'll find a retail park, including a large Asda supermarket, Boots, TK Maxx, Next, Matalan and a selection of other shops, making it easy to stock up on everything you need during your stay.

When you're ready to explore further afield, central Eastbourne is around four miles away along the seafront. You can enjoy a show at one of the town's theatres, catch the latest film at Cineworld or browse the exhibitions at the contemporary Towner gallery.

Coast, countryside and water adventures

Eastbourne’s famous seafront is close at hand, with the promenade providing a wonderful route for walking, cycling or simply enjoying the sea views. It stretches along the coast from Sovereign Harbour towards Holywell, where the landscape meets the foot of the beautiful South Downs.

For something more active, head to the water and try kayaking, paddleboarding or one of the other activities available at the nearby watersports centre.
