Modern, spacious and an unbeatable location right on the beach - White Point has it all. With floor-to-ceiling windows across the beach-facing side of the house, you'll be captivated by the panoramic sea views this beach house has to offer.

Spread across six mezzanine-style floors, this light-filled oasis has four bedrooms sleeping up to eight people and three bathrooms.

On the entry level there is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a separate WC.

Head up the first half-flight of stairs to the incredible beach-facing kitchen diner, which leads out on to the private terrace where you can catch the morning rays on the outdoor sofa whilst listening to the sound of the waves. There is also a BBQ - perfect for those warm summer evenings.

Catch up around the dining table (seating up to eight) or cook up a storm in the kitchen which is fully equipped for a self-catered stay. There is a double oven with integrated microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine.

Up the next half-flight of stairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a kingsize and a desk if you need to keep on top of emails. The larger of the rooms also benefits from a terrace which gets the sun in the afternoon, plus there is a spacious bathroom on this level with a walk-in shower.

On the next floor is the lounge, boasting the most incredible views which you can take in from the comfort of the sofas or from the balcony. If you can tear your eyes away from the sea, there is a wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all of the usual channels and internet apps (don't forget your log in details).

Eastbourne Beach House

A further half-flight of stairs takes you to a large ensuite bedroom with superking size bed, built-in wardrobes plus sliding doors leading out onto another private balcony.

Up the final few stairs is the master bedroom, arguably with the best views in the house being on the top floor! It has a large balcony spanning the width of the building, a kingsize bed and stacks of storage. It also has an ensuite bathroom with choice of walk-in shower or an indulgent soak in the deep bath.

There is space on the driveway to park two vehicles, free WiFi is included and linen and towels are provided (bring your own beach towels).

Spayed / neutered dogs are also considered but please discuss with us before booking as a supplement will apply.

This Eastbourne beach house is in a prime Sovereign Harbour location, just a short walk from the cafes, restaurants and shops on offer at the Waterfront area. Pevensey Bay is also within easy reach for a taste of history with its castle ruins and the 1066 Country Walk through 31 miles of stunning countryside.

Central Eastbourne is just an easy 15 minute drive away or an hour long stroll along the promenade, where you'll find the iconic Victorian Pier, the Beacon Centre for a spot of retail therapy as well as four different theatres to choose from.

The house is amazing, such a high spec, we seriously didn't want to leave, it's so lovely.
Plenty of room for the 8 people it sleeps, so you're not under each others feet. Easy walk into Eastbourne, cafes about halfway there if you want to break up the walk. the marina is a 10-minute walk away in the opposite direction of Eastbourne. There's a Harvester and a pub at the marina, but not much atmosphere in either. However, the restaurants are good, and the Thai is amazing. plenty of places to drive to close by. and the house is so lovely you don't even need to leave it, just sit out on the balconies with drinks, food, and friends. would highly recommend it.

Luxury at its best!! Home away from home with the most Stunning views.
Luxury at its best!! The villa is beautiful, well stocked with everything you could ever need and the views WOW!! The bedrooms were fabulous, enough wardrobe space for an army and the comfiest beds. The on-suites are of high standard with added little extras you didn't know you needed!! The outdoor spaces with the comfiest furniture was a hit for us all, a morning cuppa and a bacon sarnie with the sun on our faces and the sound of the sea, we felt spoilt. The walkway to the beach was a nice touch and enjoyed by us all, another little treat especially for families. The Harbour is a 10 minute walk with fabulous restaurants and bars, the views on that walk are stunning. The added bonus of having our dog stay as well made it even more amazing, Pablo had the time of his life. Staying at Whitepoint was the best descison we've ever made!! We can't wait to visit again! 1000% recommend!!

Smoking is not permitted in this property. Minimum age of lead guest 30+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £400 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the property.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
