Harbour Hideaway is a bright and modern third floor apartment designed for comfort and style - perfect for families or friends. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
Start your morning with a coffee on the balcony as you watch the sunrise over the sea and outer harbour. Enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the tide, boats gliding by and even the occasional seal, all providing a soothing soundtrack to your seaside escape on England's sunny south coast.
The light-filled living room opens directly onto the balcony and features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV (with access to terrestrial channels and streaming services, so don't forget your log ins). The dining table seats up to four guests for relaxed meals together.
The master bedroom also leads onto the balcony and includes a superking bed that can be split into two singles if required, plus built-in storage and a sleek ensuite shower room. The second bedroom offers the same flexibility - a superking or two singles - making it ideal for an group set up.
There is also a family shower room with an extra large shower and grab rails for added stability.
The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine.
There is the added benefit of secure underground parking for one car, plus additional visitor spaces and a lift for easy access.
Linen and towels are provided (but please bring your own beach towels), with extra linen supplied for stays of two weeks or longer. Fast fibre Wi-Fi is included, perfect for those needing to work remotely.
Sovereign Harbour is one of the largest marinas on England's south coast, offering plenty to enjoy at The Waterfront - from coffee and cake to waterside dining or a boating trip around the marina. For a bigger adventure, you can even charter a boat for fishing, sightseeing or diving.
Eastbourne is easily reached via a lovely walk along the promenade, or head to the Devonshire Quarter for theatres and shows. The Towner Gallery is definitely worth a visit to enjoy the art, cinema and café delights.
Discover local history at Pevensey Castle, just a 10-minute drive away, where William the Conqueror landed in 1066, or visit the fairytale-like Bodium Castle nearby.
Nature lovers will enjoy the South Downs National Park, Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters cliffs, all around a 20 minutes' drive away. Nearby villages such as Alfriston, East Dean and Willingdon offer quintessential Sussex charm.
There are also regular direct trains from Eastbourne to Brighton, London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Ashford International and many other destinations.

Minimum age of lead guest 25+. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
