Set in Eastbourne's Sovereign Harbour this adults-only property is just a short walking distance to The Waterfront cafes and restaurants, that sit on the edge of the marina bay. Just beyond the restaurants lies Sovereign Retail Park (locally known as 'The Crumbles') where you will find a Boots (chemist), Asda (supermarket), a gym and a selection of clothes and home ware stores.

The Sovereign Harbour is a short 10 minute drive to both Eastbourne and Bexhill town centre. Eastbourne train station provides direct links to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Lewes, Bexhill, Hastings and Ashford.

It is situated on the first floor and for guests that need mobility aid there is lift access as well as a staircase.  A balcony stretching from the master bedroom to the living area awaits, gifting you with sparkling views over the marina, the beaches of Eastbourne and out across the English channel.

With two generous bedrooms both with en suites, this apartment is a great temporary rental for couples, colleagues or friends sharing (adults only).

The master bedroom consists of a kingsize bed as well as having an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin and also has an ensuite shower room.

The open plan living area has a dining table that sits four, with comfy deep set sofa and chairs.  A peaceful setting for guests to both unwind or tackle some work should you require.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle and all the utensils you need. There is also a separate tumble dryer provided.

Linen and towels are included (but please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for bookings longer than a week extra bed linen and towels will be supplied.

There is free WiFi and an allocated parking space for a car as well as there being additional visitor parking spaces.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. Adults only property and lead guest minimum age 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) per week booked and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
