Jevington Gardens is one of our most contemporary places to stay in Eastbourne. It has been completely refurbished inside and finished to a high standard.

The fully furnished flat provides ideal self catering accommodation for up to four people and is situated in a prime location. It is just behind The Grand Hotel and close to theatres, Devonshire Park Tennis and Towner art Gallery.

This short let apartment is set on the raised ground floor, while a gently sloping path leads to the front door. It provides easy access for those with restricted mobility with all rooms set on the same ground floor.

High ceilings (another benefit of the hall floor positioning) and large windows enhance the feeling of space whilst the contemporary finish hints at the high standards throughout.

Completely refurbished internally as part of a recent conversion with brand new furnishings throughout. This two bedroom flat in central Eastbourne provides high quality serviced accommodation for a range of guests. It is an ideal base for those in need of a short term let, with all bills and services also included.

With an open-plan living area, there is a spacious feel and a relaxing vibe thanks to the natural light which pours in from the large windows, with views over the gardens.

There is a three-seat sofa, armchair, TV with freesat, plus dining table to seat up to four.  We think you’ll love the mustard Eames-style chairs!

The kitchen area off the living space is small but well equipped, with oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of utensils. The washing machine is separately stored, with ironing board and iron.

The master bedroom off the hallway has a kingsize bed, a triple wardrobe, couple of easy chairs, bedside tables, plus an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double with garden views, and also has a double wardrobe.

The separate spotless, modern family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

For guests with limited mobility, a ramp up to the front door provides easy accessibility from the street level. Inside the apartment there are thick carpets throughout making it difficult for wheelchair use although you shouldn't have too much trouble with a frame. You would need to walk through the actual doorways as they may not be wide enough to fit a wheelchair through. The ensuite shower cubicle has just a small step over.

All linen and towels are provided, with extra linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free WiFi is provided and there is also free parking available on the street directly outside the property.

Eastbourne town centre is an easy 5-10 minute stroll away. The train station has direct links to London, Brighton, Hastings, Lewes and more.

Parking is free on street directly outside the apartment although being centrally located means that a car isn’t essential.

"Excellent location."
The location was very good for beach and quieter end of Seafront as well as easy walk to shopping centre along sea front and back roads where you find small shops on way.

"Perfect for 3 adults and 7 month old baby"
We have just returned from a.week in this lovely flat, perfect accommodation with ramp for pushchairs etc. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that 2nd bedroom is along a short corridor so perfect for our daughter’s baby as she was not disturbed during the evening. Location excellent with short walk (5 minutes) from beach, local shops close by and town centre 15 minutes. We found an excellent cafe/restaurant which was particularly baby friendly called Favo’Loso, delicious food and great staff so ended up there most early evenings.

We loved our stay at Jevington Gardens. The unit was immaculately clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed plus some. Important for us was the location and we loved being able to walk to Beachy Heads, Meads, the Mall, the Pier, the theatre and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

"Contemporary apartment in quiet location"
This gorgeous contemporary 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located for the beach, South Downs, town centre, theatres, restaurants, cafes & delis. It’s also amazingly quiet given that all the amenities are so close by. Towner Gallery (art exhibitions & cinema) and Printers playhouse (bar, bands & plays) are 10-15mnures walk away. No need to use the car unless exploring further afield!

An amazing flat in an amazing location. All main attractions can be reached on foot. Only a few minutes to the beach. Super clean flat and well arranged. We loved the soft carpet. The kitchen equipment looks brand new. We had a great time! We hope to be back next year

Lovely apartment in nice location.
Beautiful apartment on ground floor of Victorian house. Large lounge diner and big bedrooms. Very well appointed, modern facilities bathrooms etc. 5 min stroll to sea front. Lots of nice restaurants and little shops are also very close. 15 min walk into centre of Eastbourne. I would highly recommend this property.

Close to the sea.
Very comfortable flat with big main bedrooms in a well kept block of flats. Parking is free and while the road can be quite busy we were able to park closely.

Kitchen, although compact, is well equipped with good size fridge freezer plus sufficient crockery and cooking pans. Dining area looking over a garden at rear of property. Utility cupboard with washing machine useful if you are staying for a few weeks like us. Central heating is very effective coming on both morning and evening. The property is well situated for accessing the seafront, town and Eastbourne's attractions. The only slight downside is the on street parking which can be a bit difficult at certain times of the day. However, you could easily manage without a car.
I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, was very clean and very comfortable.
Carl and Sarah were also very quick and efficient in responding to any requests.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
