Marina Dreams is a modern Eastbourne holiday let ideal for those looking for a relaxing break on the south coast – moments from the beach and just a five minute stroll around the marina to reach the cafes, restaurants and shops of The Waterfront.
Set on the second floor of a prestigious complex in the north harbour, this contemporary apartment has an open-plan living area giving it a light, airy feel. French doors lead out onto the private balcony where you can enjoy a spot of boat watching with your morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catered stay with an island to cook and eat at, with a built-in hob and bar stools, plus there is a fridge-freezer, microwave, double oven, grill, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
The lounge area has a comfortable two-seater sofa in front of the Smart TV so you can indulge in a box set or two (don’t forget your Netflix log in). There is also the additional bonus of a WiiU console with games and a DVD player, plus another TV in the bedroom.
The spotless bathroom has a bath with a rainforest-style shower over.

WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (please pack your beach towels) with additional linen supplied for stays of two weeks or more. There is lift access from the secure car park where you have an allocated space.
Eastbourne is the perfect destination to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and truly has something for everyone. If invigorating coastal walks are your thing, head to the South Downs National Park for breathtaking views including the Seven Sisters Cliffs and Beachy Head lighthouse.
The Devonshire Quarter comprises of two of the town's four theatres, the Congress and Devonshire Park Theatre, as well as the Towner Gallery for excellent art exhibitions. The world renowned pre-Wimbledon tennis tournament is also hosted here which draws in sports lovers from far and wide every year.
Eastbourne is also a great base for exploring different parts of the South East, with regular trains to London Victoria, Brighton, Lewes, Bexhill and Hastings.

What a lovely stay I had here. Everyone in the Exclusively team are so helpful and friendly, and will come back to your queries in minutes. The flat is lovely and clean on arrival, really well-equipped kitchen-wise, comfy bed and looks at the water in the Marina. I made the most of the beach walks/runs, the seafront is literally 90 seconds walk away. The Marina is incredibly pretty on sunny days with the boats and fisherman coming in. The neighbours are peaceful and the flats are well-insulated, you won’t be disturbed noise-wise. Thanks to Carl, Sarah, Beth and Floss (and others I’m sure!) for a lovely break - I hope to come back to Eastbourne in the future.
Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
