If you're searching for holiday lets Eastbourne, this two bedroom Sovereign Harbour apartment offers a peaceful getaway. With its private balcony and views across the inner harbour, this apartment is perfect for families, friends or colleagues.
Sovereign Harbour is situated on Eastbourne's coastline and boasts the 'waterfront' retail park. As well as being close walking distance to tasty restaurants, cafes and supermarket, you are just moments from hundreds of amazing pebble beaches.
For those working or needing quick access to Eastbourne, there are regular bus routes from the harbour. There is an alloacted parking space in the gated car park plus plenty of visitor parking spaces and it is just a 10 minute drive into town.
Contemporary holiday lets Eastbourne
The serviced accommodation sits on the second floor with lift access available straight from the car park. It is superbly light throughout and has been furnished to a high standard.
The master bedroom includes a kingsize bed, wardrobe space and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a flexible layout, you can choose another kingsize or two single beds. There is also a further family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The living area has been designed for pure comfort, a relaxing sofa and chair give full views through the balcony doors and out across the water. There is a dining table to seat four and a wall-mounted fire place to warm you up in the winter months. A Smart TV and DVD player finish the room of nicely meaning you catch all your favourite shows.
For guests needing accessible accommodation, a lift is available from the ground floor, although several doorways have small step overs. The ensuite shower cubicle has just a small step over.
The private balcony has wonderful views of the quay, watching boats and yachts sail by offers a quickly calming affect. You will find your coffee tastes slightly sweeter and works becomes a fraction more productive from this spot.
The fully equipped kitchen includes, an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combi-microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and with an array of cooking utensils.
All linen and towels are provided as with all our short term lets (but please bring your own beach / swimming towels). For stays longer than two weeks a second set of towels and linen will be supplied unless you have booked it as fully serviced accommodation.

Great stay, great location. Great communication with holiday company. Everything you need was in the holiday home which was spotless. Close to marina restaurants and shops and cinema all in walking distance. We will be back.

Super comfortable apartment with marina views.
The balcony is the best feature of this apartment, excellent size and good table and chairs. It was a lovely relaxing place for a glass of wine or dinner watching the boats. Good local restaurants and Asda nearby, the local beach is beautiful and Pevensey Bay just down the road has a nice beach although stony. Great having a washer/dryer and dishwasher, kitchen crockery excellent and the bathrooms and bedrooms very comfortable. Furniture attractive and comfortable too. We took my elderly mother and having the lift was a real help, she loved the harbour and we all had a good time.
Enjoyable Stay
The property is modern and well maintained and in a good location, as it is within walking distance of bars and restaurants at Sovereign Harbour. A major supermarket is also located close by. The apartment includes everything that is needed to prepare and cook food etc. We really enjoyed our time there.
Week break on the south coast.
The apartment is ideally situated for a break with everything close to hand. The flat itself is very clean and well set out so not a problem with that at all. We had planned to do a little walking and ended up walking to Beachy Head and back and used a few of the local amenities to get our strength back up on the way home. The harbour has many cafes and bars so eating out is no problem with plenty of choice. Spent a while just watching boats of all descriptions going through the locks. If you are thinking of going to Eastbourne then the harbour is the place to base yourself and using Exclusively Eastbourne makes it so easy
Review of Pacific Heights.
This is the second time we have visited Pacific Heights.It is an extremely well equipped apt.It has a balcony with lovely views over the harbour.The cafes and bars at Sovereign Harbour are a 10 minute stroll away.The beds are extremely comfortable.There is a well equipped kitchen and the lounge is very comfortable.

Home from home.
Just returned from a weeks stay at Pacific Heights, albeit apart from the unseasonal weather we had a lovely time.
The apartment was like home from home with everything you would need, the bed extremely comfortable.

First Class Harbourside Apartment.
Located in a quiet area of Sovereign Harbour about 10/15 minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops this apartment is clean spacious and well equipped.
Would recommend to anybody wishing to enjoy a leisurely break.
The town of Eastbourne is about a ten-minute drive or for those looking for a good walk an hour stroll along the coast.

Excellent and beautifully furnished executive flat overlooking the marina. Everything you need for your stay is there already and the complex is quiet and well lit should you arrive in the dark. Overall a super place to stay in Eastbourne!

A well appointed apartment in a great location with a lovely view over sovereign Harbour and just a short 10 minute walk to local restaurants and bars great for a lunchtime drink and light snack watching the yachts come and go or an nice evening meal. The apartment had all mod cons including the all important Nespresso machine. Exclusively Eastbourne were super responsive and helpful before and during our stay, can thoroughly recommend.
Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
