This serviced accommodation has been refurbished as part of a conversion of a large Victorian property. It boasts a brand new kitchen and bathroom with creative and stylish interior design.
There is a private entrance into the property plus a small courtyard at the rear which provides rare external space.
The dining lounge area has a huge L-shaped sofa providing comfy seating in front of a large TV, ideal for relaxing in the evening. A small dining table seats two and the tasteful furnishings provide a pleasant ambience.
The separate kitchen of this self catering accommodation is well equipped, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washer dryer, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
There is a double bedroom and a separate, spotless bathroom.
There is central heating, plus lashings of hot water. All towels and linen are provided and there is also free WiFi, as with all our furnished apartments for rent in Eastbourne. Furthermore there is on street parking, with vouchers costing just £1 per day. A child age 8 and over is welcome, but would have to share the kingsize bed with their parent.

Fantastic little bolt hole in central location. Myself and my husband stayed at urban chic for four months over the winter period. It's a great central location tucked away in a very quiet residential road, but only 5 minutes walk away from the rail station and all amenities in central Eastbourne. The apartment has everything you need, huge comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen including washer/dryer, and a spacious lounge to relax in. Stylish and contemporary decor. We'd thoroughly recommend urban chic, as its got everything you want from a holiday apartment and the location is excellent. There's a couple of great pubs round the corner (The Dolphin and The Dew Drop Inn), and a new Thai restaurant called Little Elephant, which is excellent. Numerous coffee shops on Grove Road, but Beanz does the best flat white.
Perfect town accommodation for couples.
Great location close to town, seafront and train station. Compact and cosy apartment with everything you'd need supplied (including corkscrew and wine cooler) Great shower and heated towel rail, very comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Will stay here again next time we visit Eastbourne.

We had a pleasant stay at Urban Chic. The apartment is nicely furnished and located in a quiet street right in the center of Eastbourne Would highly recommend it to others.
The accommodation is in an excellent position of central Eastbourne. It's within five minutes walk to the train station, shopping precinct and less than 10 minutes walk to the sea front. The living facilities kitchen, bathroom, bedroom living room and home entertainment system was just right for a couple. I arrived by car as I intended to visit the local area from Brighton to Rye. Parking permits were available and provided for leaving the in the area outside the apartment. I would have no hesitation in booking the apartment in the future.
Chill out time
Urban Chic is very central and there is no need for a car.
It is handy for a variety of very good restaurants.
Local public transport (rail and bus) is excellent.
The flat is small and cosy but more than adequate for 2 people.
I have stayed at Exclusively Eastbourne properties in the past and have always received excellent service from the company, and my stay at Urban Chic lived up to expectations in every way.
I will certainly be booking with Exclusively Eastbourne again, probably next year.
We had a lovely time in Urban Chic which we found was ideally situated close to shops, restaurants and the seafront but also with a little more effort a walk up to Meads. Immediately it was obvious that the accommodation had been well cleaned between guests and the checklist showed great attention to detail. Everything worked! No issues at all with any of the appliances. Yes it would be nice to have ice in the kitchen but it was no problem to get it from the freezer in the utility room outside the flat. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, although we didn't use them much. The bed was nice and comfortable and there was easily enough hanging space and drawers for a week's stay. We liked the digital lock on the front door which meant there were no keys to worry about which is handy when you go to the beach and don't want to take valuables. Exclusively Eastbourne were very easy to deal with, very responsive and would recommend you look at this or other properties they let. I haven't added photos because the ones on the website are very good and the 3D tour is an excellent tool.
'Urban Chic' is spot-on for a really good holiday.
The accommodation is excellent.
Everything is to hand.
The flat is located on a quiet street, only a short walk from the railway station and bus services. The sea-front is but a short walk away, too.
There are two shopping centres near the railway station and a multitude of cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes. And there's the Towner art gallery which hosts some good exhibitions.
All in all, this is an ideal place to stay
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
