This short term rental is extremely central, situated opposite the Devonshire Park Tennis Centre, just off the seafront in the popular theatre section of town - moments from the cafes, restaurants and shops, and just five minutes walk from Eastbourne train station.

The executive rental in Eastbourne has been beautifully upgraded and furnished and is set on the third floor of a grand period building, whose original architects clearly appreciated scale, light and sense of space.

The spacious living space has two comfortable sofas and handmade dining table seating six and has a wonderfully calm air with views out over the Devonshire Park tennis centre and theatres.

The separate kitchen is well equipped, and includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer and coffee machine – plus plenty of pots, pans and utensils.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed and excellent storage space via the built-in wardrobe.

The shower room has underfloor programmable heating so you can set up to be toasty warm for an early shower.

WiFi is provided plus towels and linen (as with all our accommodation in Eastbourne). There is no lift access, so this short term lets Sussex is not suitable for those with mobility restrictions.

Parking is on-street in Blackwater Road and adjacent streets, either for free or parking permits can be purchased for just £2 per day.

Eastbourne west town centre is highly regarded for the many independent cafes and restaurants and the Beacon Centre providing a new cinema complex and many restaurants and shops.

    There is a 3-month long minimum stay.

    Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £800 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £500 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

    The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

    The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

    The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
