You'll be hard pushed to find an Eastbourne holiday rental that is better located than Pier View, situated directly on the seafront just a stone's throw from the Pier.

The apartment is set on the first floor and sleeps up to four, with sister apartments Horizon View on the top/second floor and Promenade View on the ground floor, also sleeping four in each and each similarly furnished.

All three of these delightful seafront properties can be booked individually, or they can be booked together for larger groups of up to 12 who need a little more space to spread out.

The open plan living/kitchen area is flooded with natural light and overlooks the gorgeous beachfront below. If you can tear you eyes away from the view, there is a Smart TV in front of the comfortable sofa, providing a welcoming spot to unwind after taking in all that Eastbourne has to offer.

The kitchen is kitted out with and oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of pots, pans and crockery, so you'll have everything you need for a self-catered stay.

There are two bedrooms - the master with a double bed and the second bedroom with two singles, making for a flexible set up that is ideal for small families, friends or colleagues. There is also a Smart TV in each of the bedrooms.

We can also supply parking permits for nearby streets for just £2 per day which is definitely an added bonus for such a central location. However, for those without a car, the apartment is on a bus route and the train station is under a mile away if you need to travel slightly further afield.

Seconds from your door, you'll find the lovely Carpet Gardens, Wish Tower and Holywell at the western end of the seafront (great for rock pooling at low tide!). To the east is the Sovereign Harbour, with its great selection of waterside restaurants, cafes and a retail park.

The South Downs National Park is easily reached by car or bus for those looking for invigorating clifftop walks to blow the cobwebs away, whilst taking in some of Eastbourne's most iconic sights including Beachy Head and the Cuckmere River.

As with all of our Eastbourne holiday rentals, free WiFi is provided, as is all linen and regular towels (but please bring your own beach towels). If you are staying for two weeks or more, an extra set of linen/towels will be provided. The apartment is also centrally heated throughout.

Minimum age of lead guest 25+. Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
