Holiday apartments in Eastbourne don't get much better than this... Horizon View is situated directly on Eastbourne seafront, with spectacular views overlooking the iconic Pier and glistening sea.

The open plan living/kitchen area is situated at the front of the property, meaning you can gaze out across the beach from the comfort of your sofa or whilst preparing dinner. If you can tear your eyes from the view, there is a Smart TV so you can catch up on the latest epsiodes of your favourite show (don't forget your log in details for Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc).

The fully equipped kitchen is kitted out with and oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and all the usual pots, pans and crockery needed for a self-catered stay.

There are two comfortable bedrooms - the master with a double bed and the second bedroom with two singles, making for a flexible set up that is ideal for small families, friends or colleagues. Both bedrooms have the added bonus of a Smart TV, so there will be no arguments over the remote!

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

The apartment has very easy access to public transport so a car definitely isn't essential, however if you do bring one then we can supply parking permits for nearby street parking for just £2 per day.

The South Downs National Park is within very easy reach either by car or bus, where you can take in some of Eastbourne's most unmissable sights whilst you stroll along the clifftops, including Beachy Head Lighthouse, the Seven Sisters and the Cuckmere River.

Eastbourne has a great cultural scene, with a choice of four theatres including the Congress and Devonshire Park, plus the Towner Gallery which hosted the Turner Prize in 2023.

As with all of our holiday apartments in Eastbourne, free WiFi is provided, as is all linen and regular towels (but please bring your own beach towels). If you are staying for two weeks or more, an additional set of linen/towels will be provided.

Central heating is also available throughout, so you'll be toasty warm all year round.

In the same building are two other delightful apartments - Promenade View on the ground floor and Pier View on the first, also sleeping up to four people in each, making the property an ideal base for larger groups who need a little more space.

Minimum age of lead guest 25+. Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
