Located in the desirable Lower Meads area, this 3-bedroom detached house is within easy reach of the town centre as well as being a short 10 minute walk from the seafront.

Downstairs you’ll find the lounge with plenty of comfortable seating to relax in front of the Smart TV. There are large French doors leading out onto the private gravel terrace with outdoor table and chairs - perfect for basking in the afternoon sun!

The modern kitchen-diner overlooks the rear garden and comes complete with all the modern appliances you could need including a cooker with induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother for coffee lovers. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plus a dining table seating up to six people. A washing machine and tumble dryer take care of any washing requirements.

For those working from home or catching up on emails, there is a separate study as well as a separate downstairs WC.

Head upstairs to find the master bedroom with a super kingsize bed and immaculate ensuite shower room. There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. All bedrooms have wardrobes so there is plenty of storage space.

The South Downs National Park is an absolute must-see with rolling hills as far as the eye can see, plus iconic landmarks including the majestic Seven Sisters Cliffs and Beachy Head lighthouse. You'll find quaint English villages scattered throughout the scenery including Alfriston and East Dean where you can enjoy a pub lunch and rest weary legs.

This Eastbourne Airbnb is also conveniently located for those visiting the independent schools such as Bedes and Eastbourne College, as well as the University of Brighton campus.

If you fancy venturing slightly further afield, Eastbourne has great transport links from the train station to Brighton, St Leonards and Hastings, London Victoria and Ashford International.

Schöne Umgebung und gemütliches Häuschen. Alles war da und es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge an der tollen Promenade.

Lovely spacious house with off-road parking. Enclosed back garden good for a toddler to play. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet part of Eastbourne close to Beachy Head but within easy reach of shops and amenities. Would highly recommend. Spent a lovely week here with our family.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
