Sea Dreams is one of our Eastbourne self catering apartments with wonderful views over the English Channel.

Furnished apartments for rent do not usually have such sought-after positions.  This serviced accommodation is located on seafront in the sought-after Lower Meads area. It is a short walk from Eastburne town centre, the theatres and just 10-15 minutes walk to Eastbourne train station. It is similarly well positioned for visitors to Bedes, St Andrews and Moira House schools and the Brighton University campus.

Meads Village and its high street, full of shops, cafes and the ease of a local post office and small supermarkets is about a 10 minute walk away..

Eastbourne self catering apartments

The short term lease sits on the first floor of a period building. It is a very popular choice for small families or colleagues in need of temporary accommodation.

This Eastbourne self catering accommodation is practical, cosy and fully equipped with regular towels and linen provided (bring your own beach towels). Free WiFi is also included and parking is free on-street on adjacent streets.

The open-plan kitchen/living area has windows facing the sea and also leads onto a small balcony overlooking the English Channel. There is a 49″ Smart TV with FreeSat (YouTube, iPlayer, Netflix and more can be accessed by account holders). The kitchen, with a huge window, provides the finest views that washing up will ever see!

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and there is also a washer-dryer. It is also stocked with all the utensils and cutlery you’ll need for a short stay.

It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room  just next door. The second bedroom has a single bed, plus an extra pull-out single that can be set up for families. Both bedrooms have inland views over Lower Meads and the distant South Downs.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season and for longer stays.

Eastbourne train station is about 10-15 walk away, having direct links to London, Brighton, Hastings and Lewes.

Sea Dreams - What a Find!
Sea Dreams has wonderful views of the sea on one side and charming views of the town and the South Downs on the other. Perfect location for exploring in any direction - toward the Eastbourne pier and Victorian seafront, toward Beachy Head and also an easy walk to Eastbourne shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and everything was spotless. The beds and all the furnishings are carefully chosen and very comfortable and inviting. Sea Dreams is set up to maximize the guest's enjoyment in every way. An excellent choice without any doubt!

Tolle Lage
Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig (großer Flur, zwei Bäder). Das hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön war der super Ausblick aufs Meer jeden Morgen... Die Lage ist top, direkt am Meer und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß noch gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is very spacious (large hall, two bathrooms). We liked that as a family very much. Especially nice was the great view of the sea every morning ... The location is great, right on the sea and the city center is still within walking distance.

Strandnahe Top-Wohnung
Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer. Große, helle und freundlich eingerichtete Räume. Eine top renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Parkettboden. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns dort gemeinsam mit unserer Tochter sehr wohlgefühlt.

"Sensational place to stay!"
What a wonderful airy, spacious flat with everything we needed for a luxurious weekend away with our children aged 10 and 12. The decor of the flat was impeccable and with nice original touches in the art works on the walls. The king-sized bed was so comfortable with luxury sheets. The location of the flat was just perfect, for sitting on the balcony in the morning light enjoying watching the sun bounce off the waves, for taking our boys rock-pooling and on a vigorous walk to Beachy Head, and enjoying a lovely pub meal at The Ship. I sneaked off to visit the nearby art galleries while my family rested. The flat is amazingly well lit and flooded with natural light. This place immediately became a home from home, as it is such a relaxing space to be in. It would make the perfect bolthole for working on an online or artistic project, while looking at the waves.I would be very tempted to come back again to get away from it all.

Light-filled space perfect for family of four.
Very comfortable, spacious apartment for four people. Great sea views from the main room and balcony and excellent location to access the beach, town centre and Meads village on foot. Useful having two bathrooms. Parking on South Cliff Avenue was sometimes tricky but always possible to find something in surrounding roads not too far away.

Perfect seaview apartment.
I stayed at Sea Dreams for a week with my son, and everything was just as I'd hoped: the views of the sea from the kitchen and living room never failed to stop me in my tracks, and the location just a minute or so from the beach meant we could easily enjoy the seafront. The bedrooms face inland, and were calm and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and efficient, as are the two bathrooms. The wifi was good, and the TV is enormous. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months during lockdown. It was perfect.
The apartment is in excellent position (15 mins walk to town and 10 mins wallk to South Downs) and was larger than what it appears in pictures.
The view is superb; king bed so comfortable; spotlessly maintained. Only one issue during stay and this was sorted out so efficiently by agent and owner.
Would highly recommend staying here.

This is the loveliest flat, very comfortable and well equipped.
The location is perfect, minutes from the sea and less than a mile to walk into town. And the view of the sea is stunning.

We stayed for a week here and loved every minute of it.
The flat was perfectly located with lovely sea views and easy access to everything that Eastbourne has to offer and was a real home from home - cosy, comfortable and stylish.

Traumhafte Unterkunft.

Wonderful stay at Sea Dreams.
I booked a week at Sea Dreams in late September. This is the 4th rental I have booked with Exclusively Eastbourne. All 4 apartments have been superb. All very clean with nice fixtures and great locations. However what surprised me on this last visit was I had problems trying to figure out how to operate a couple of the appliances (although manuals were provided) so I contacted Carl who agreed to come over in 10 minutes. This was a Sunday evening! This is how they take care of you.

What a lovely location! A short walk down a path to the beach side trail. The trail is a nice flat walk next to the beach in both directions and includes cafes to stop at and enjoy a drink or snack. The flat is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet and beautiful part of Eastbourne.
The apartment is really lovely. Bright, airy and spacious. It has tremendous views across the sea which were a joy. It is very easy to find free parking straight outside or just round the corner. The location is great - near to Holywell and also a short walk to the centre of Eastbourne. We liked that it was in a quiet area but easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great.

Great apartment!
We had a lovely week at Sea Dreams! One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, it was really high-spec, with everything we needed, but also comfortable and homely. It’s in a great position, within walking distance of the town and several good places to eat, with the bonus of a great sea view!
I loved sitting in the rocking chair, looking out to sea!

Very clean, comfortable flat with good facilities. Quiet location - slept really well throughout our stay. The flat has lovely sea view and is within easy walking distance to the centre of Eastbourne. Would highly recommend.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, with bookings running from Sunday-to-Sunday, although short stays and flexible arrival days may be possible last minute and out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.
