Located just off Silverdale Road in a tranquil courtyard and a prime location in Meads, the popular upmarket area offering independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Eastbourne serviced accommodation with outside terrace

The two-bedroom house is based in a sought after collection of recently renovated 18th century buildings.

Upstairs, the lounge has a comfortable sofa and large easy chair in front of a smart TV (with Amazon Firestick) and DVD player, and the bathroom on this level has a bath plus a shower over.

The master bedroom provides a super-kingsize bed or two single beds if you prefer. The second smaller bedroom provides a single bed, making this property an ideal base for up to three adults or a child over 12 years old.

Downstairs, the spacious kitchen diner is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine, plus all the utensils you’ll need for a fully self-catering holiday home. A digital radio provides some ambience while you cook or enjoy your holiday meals at the dining table, which seats up to five.

All linen and towels are provided but please bring your own towels for the beach or swimming. If you are staying for two weeks or more, additional linen and towels are supplied. You can also arrange for additional mid-stay cleans (charge applies) of this Eastbourne serviced accommodation. Please ask for details.

Free WiFi is provided and there is an undercover allocated parking space for one car in the car port.

Seaside Mews is within easy walking distance to the town centre, bus terminal and train station. You can catch direct trains to London, Brighton, Lewes, Gatwick airport, Bexhill, Hastings, Ashford and more. It provides a good base for local employers and those working at Eastbourne District General hospital.

Excellent in every way.
Booked Seaside Mews for a week.
We found the property to be spotless, modern and very welcoming.
Very thoughtful items of milk, orange juice, bread, cake etc, etc were there to welcome us which I thought was a very nice touch.
There was not one thing that had not been thought of and everything was of a very high standard.
The location was excellent and suited our needs to travel around East Sussex, an excellent base
We were also very blessed with exceptional September weather together with the quality of Seaside Mews this made our visit an absolute pleasure.

Eastbourne Spring break.
Very comfortable well equipped property.
Manager and owner communications and support good. Ideal location for exploring East Sussex, walking, Downs, Beachy Head, Seven Sisters, Cuckmere and seaside resorts Hastings, Bexhill, Seaford etc.
5 minutes walk from property to seafront. 10 minutes walk to several restaurants, Thai, Italian, and fish and chips. Peaceful quite location.

Welcome Spring break in Eastbourne!
The property had everything we wanted and we particularly appreciated the large vase of daffodils and the welcome goodies of crisps, half a bottle of fizz, milk & cake! Short walk to the nearest bus stop in Grange Road and also seafront, shops, theatre and the pub! Undercroft parking another bonus.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. Children must be over 12 years of age.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
