If you're in need of Eastbourne self catering accommodation that provides a complete oasis of calm, then look no further than Saffrons Sunset.

This tastefully decorated apartment benefits from the best of both worlds as it is nestled on a quiet, leafy street yet is just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Moments from your front door you'll find the Beacon Centre with its vast selection of shops, restaurants and a Cineworld cinema complex.

Head to the cultural Devonshire Quarter which boasts three theatres regularly showing West End performances, plus the Towner Gallery displays some fantastic art exhibits. Devonshire Park is also home to the international pre-Wimbledon tennis tournament which draws in visitors from far and wide every year.

A visit to the iconic South Downs National Park is a must with its unmissable landmarks including Beachy Head, Belle Tout Lighthouse and Seven Sisters cliffs. You'll find quintessentially British villages nestled amongst the stunning scenery including Alfriston, East Dean and Friston - perfectly placed for enjoying a pub lunch or traditional cream tea!

There are two stylish bedrooms – the master with a kingsize bed and a second bedroom with a double and both have plenty of storage, so no need to skimp on the packing! The shower room is immaculate and spacious with a large walk in shower.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax watching the Smart TV or indulge in a book or two from those on the shelves. The dining table comfortably seats up to four people.

The spotless kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could need including an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and separate coffee grinder. There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

There is also a small but cosy private terrace - ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine al fresco.

The apartment has its own entrance accessed via external stairs with a further flight inside leading up to the second floor, so is better suited to those without mobility restrictions. Parking is on street and permits can be provided for just £2 per vehicle per day.

WiFi is included, plus linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels please). Additional linen and towels will be provided for stays of two weeks or more.

Wonderful Accommodation.
We enjoyed spending our vacation in the house, such a nice accommodation. The flat is comfortable and relaxing.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. Minimum age of lead guest 25+.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
