This popular two-bedroom serviced accommodation in Eastbourne is located just off the seafront in the sought after Meads area of EAstbourne; close to Bedes and St Andrew's schools, as well as the Brighton University campus.
The fully furnished and fully equipped apartment is set on the grounds of a former 'School for Gentlemen' and retains the tranquil air of academia.

This is a family-friendly option, sleeping up to four people in the two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, which can be split into twins if preferred, and has a large fitted wardrobe, plus a good sized chest of drawers. The second bedroom can also be set up as a twin bedroom or with a super kingsize and has a double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Huge windows and high ceilings mean the sizeable dining lounge is flooded with natural light, with blinds offering shade or privacy when required. There are several sofas in front of the smart TV and an attractive wooden dining table for convivial family meals.
A separate, galley-style kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob, and a separate utility cupboard houses a washer dryer and a microwave.
A back door from the kitchen of this self catering accommodation leads out to the peaceful communal garden where you can enjoy a seat to read or simply soak up the surroundings.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Free WiFi is provided and there is a private, off-road parking space in the building grounds, plus further, free-of-charge street parking in Staveley Road.
Upmarket Meads village, with its many independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is just a few minutes walk away, and the wider delights and entertainment options of Eastbourne town centre are within 15 minutes stroll.
Eastbourne train station, with direct links to London Victoria and London Bridge, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Bexhill and Lewes, is about a mile away.

Perfect location for just taking in the surrounding location and to venture further afield.
Two local pubs serving food, together with shops providing any necessary needs are only a ten minute walk away.
We were really satisfied with this accommodation and would highly recommend a stay here.

Kent House was super!
Excellent apartment, lovely, comfortable and clean in a quiet neighbourhood. Great beds, slept better than at home. Within walking distance of pier although uphill coming back. Great communication with hosts. We’d definitely book with them again if we come to Eastbourne in the future. Only one little downside, quite a big price increase during half term week. Many thanks.
A very satisfactory holiday flat.
This flat was very clean and beautifully furnished. Suited us very well. Not far to walk to shops, pubs and bus route. Exclusively Eastbourne excellent company to deal with.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
