If you're after options for self catering in Eastbourne look no further than Little Chelsea Beacon Apartment - situated right in the heart of trendy Little Chelsea (Eastbourne west town centre).

This effortlessly elegant accommodation is located on the first floor of a beautifully restored Victorian villa, so with its high period ceilings and large sash windows, it is flooded with oodles of natural light.

Eastbourne train station is just around the corner with direct links to London Victoria, London Bridge and London Gatwick (as well as Brighton) which makes this the perfect place for hybrid workers to call home from home, all the while, smug in the knowledge that Eastbourne beach, pier and bandstand are all just a pleasant stroll away when the working day is done.

If you prefer to drive, this property has the added bonus of its own allocated parking space (suitable for an average sized VW Golf). If you're vehicle is a bit larger or if bringing a second car, parking permits can be provided for near by streets for just £2 a day!

This apartment has been refurbished to the highest of standards and has a lovely modern feel.  The lounge-diner has a gorgeous orange leather sofa as well as a smart TV and uber cool lighting together with a dining table right by the window so that you can watch the world go by, uhem, find inspiration as you you work.

Self-catering is easy when equipped with a hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and an array of cooking and serving equipment.  But if you don’t feel like cooking-no worries you are moments away from trendy Little Chelsea with its eclectic mix of independent boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and cafe's which are regularly featured in the UK's national press and media, including Bottle Grove (featured on Sunday Brunch) .

The master bedroom, which features a comfortable kingsize bed, has tons of built in storage, so you can properly unpack and feel at home, whilst the second bedroom has a single bed as well as additional child sized pull out - perfect for three adults, or up to two adults and two children.

This apartment has a minimum one week and maximum two week booking requirement with change overs on a Sunday (although we may be able to be a bit flexible in off peak seasons).

As always, linen, towels (other than beach towels) and WI-FI are all included in the price.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of two weeks you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
