If you’re in search Eastbourne self catering flats that combine a great location, in addition to parking and an private garden, then look no further.

The Olive Tree is a stylish apartment situated moments from the desirable Little Chelsea area, with its extensive range of cafes, bars, and independent boutiques. It also gives easy access to facilities such as local grocery stores, the delightful Poppyseed Bakery, and other attractions for entertainment.

This apartment is set on the ground floor of a delightful period building, making it perfect for those who need accessible accommodation. There is an allocated parking space too (maximum VW Polo size) - a rare bonus for such a central spot!

A car is far from essential, though, with the seafront, Beacon shopping centre, Devonshire Quarter and all of Eastbourne's theatres within easy walking distance. There are also regular bus services that you can catch to witness the wonders of the South Downs National Park, plus further afield to the likes of Brighton, Bexhill, St Leonards and Hastings.

The flat has been tastefully designed and decorated throughout, with high ceilings and large windows that really maximise the light, airy feel.

The lounge-diner has two plush sofas and a Smart TV (so don't forget your log in details to access the streaming services), plus a dining table to seat four. It would also be ideal as a makeshift desk if you need to catch up on emails!

The kitchen provides you with everything necessary for the perfect self-catered stay with a hob, double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and an array of cooking and serving equipment. Once you’ve whipped up a feast, why not take it out to your private terrace and indulge in a spot of al fresco dining. However, if you don’t feel like cooking, there is a plethora of restaurants on your doorstep, so you won’t be hard pressed to find a place to treat yourself.

There are two bedrooms sleeping up to three adults or two adults and two children - the master with a kingsize bed and plenty of built-in wardrobes, plus a further single bedroom (with an additional pullout bed suitable for a young child). There is also access out onto the rear terrace from the master bedroom.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, plus there is an ensuite leading off the second bedroom which has a walk-in shower.

Free WiFi is provided (as with all of our Eastbourne self catering flats) as well as central heating when the temperature dips. You'll find linen and towels on the beds, with a second set provide for stays of two weeks or more.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of two weeks you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent. Please be aware there are exterior CCTV cameras monitoring the building entrances. There are no cameras inside the property.
