Looking for serviced accommodation Eastbourne in the upmarket Meads area?  Littledale Haven is set in a handsome Victorian mansion block, close to the Devonshire Park tennis grounds, private schools of St Andrews, Bedes and Roedean Moira House, and within an easy stroll of Eastbourne centre.

This nicely presented, lower ground floor self catering accommodation has its own private entrance and two bathrooms - one of which includes a sauna!

Decorated in tasteful colours throughout, this family-friendly Eastbourne apartment sleeps up to five people in the two bedrooms.

There is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room (which includes the sauna), and a twin bedroom which can be converted to a triple for families of five.   A separate family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

The spacious dining lounge has a large dining table, and two brand new, comfortable sofas in front of the TV and DVD player.  A selection of games are on hand for family fun.

The newly-fitted, contemporary kitchen offers all mod cons with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob, and a comprehensive selection of utensils, plates and cutlery.  You'll even find a selection of teas and coffees for a welcome drink.

There is a garden bench to enjoy which captures the afternoon sun for relaxation and peace.

As with all our short term rentals, this Eastbourne accommodation is centrally heated and all linen and towels are provided, plus WiFi.

There is a private, off-road parking space and further on-street parking in Blackwater Road which is free of charge.

Eastbourne town centre is about a 10 minute walk away, with a great choice of shops, theatres, restaurants and entertainment.

Eastbourne train station, with direct links to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Bexhill and Lewes, is just half a mile away, making this a good choice of Eastbourne apartment for those in need of easy access.

"Great for families"

We stayed for a few nights, everything that you could need was in the kitchen!
Parking space, quiet location, comfortable apartment.
Lots of games for rainy days, lots of room to lounge in.

Schöne Möglichkeit Eastbourne zu genießen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen!!!
Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Städtchen und Promenade), alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet u. es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Etwas befremdlich war, dass man nur wenige Fenster öffnen konnte!
Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!!!

Tolle Wohnung an ruhiger Lage. Eine schöne und kofortable Wohnung in einem ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Teil von Eastbourne. Bestens ausgestattet! Einzig die Matratzen waren uns viel zu weich und daher unbequem. Sarah und Carl sind sofort zu Stelle, wenn mal was ist! Sehr gute,freundliche Kommunikation und erst noch schnelle Reaktionen auf Fragen.

Good heating, comfortable living accommodation very comfortable bed. Slight problem with the shower but this was sorted out immediately by the agent. Good location for local shops and main town. Weather during our visit was wet but plenty of things to do in Eastbourne. Car parking was a bonus as street parking was difficult. Flat would be a good location for Eastbourne Tennis.

“This is an outstanding place we immediately felt very at home in"
It really has everything you could possibly need when away from home and for us the location was ideal. Very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated - loved it. The sauna is an added benefit which really differentiates this property and is certainly lovely to relax in when coming back from days out.

"A great place to enjoy the south of England"
A very well equipped flat for a family stay in Eastbourne. Very clean with comfortable sofas to relax on in the evening and a nice kitchen. Easy access and good parking. The managers have been very good at accommodating our additional request related to an unexpected need to change the booking.

Great spacious flat that was conveniently located about 10 minutes from centre of town.
Eastbourne college right down the street. Perfect size for our family of 5 without feeling cramped. Large windows letting in lots of light.
Nicely decorated and it had everything we needed.
Neighbourhood fantastic with glorious old victorians all around transporting you back in time. We enjoyed our stay.

Very quite very peaceful and relaxing apartment.
Everything was what we expected and more. Very easy to contact property mangers very helpful and friendly. The surrounding area of Meads is very laid back great cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to the beach and for public transport. Although we had the use of our car only used it once in the two weeks we where there. This was the fifth time we had holiday in Eastbourne but each time always discover something new. If you want peace and quite on a holiday with friendly neighbours I would recommend Littledean. Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

Carl and Sarah are great hosts and the flat was clean and delightful.
We needed their assistance a couple of times and they responded immediately.
We spent a week in the well equipped flat and found the location superb.
It´s a quiet neighbourhood which is what we wanted but restaurants and shops are within a walking distance.
All in all a very enjoyable and pleasant week :-)

This is a lovely little flat, in a great area of Eastbourne.
I would definitely stay here again.
In addition there was great communication from the hosts and some nice touches to make it feel more homely.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed.
The beds are comfortable.
It has the bonus of having two bathrooms and even has a sauna!
The area is central to everything and it is on a quiet street so no noise at night time.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake.
The furniture is nice and the wifi works well.
I highly recommend it.

Quiet, clean and comfortable subterranean appartment. Perfect and cool for the summer months. Very secure quadruple locked front door. Grocery Stores only 10 minutes walk Beach and promenade about the same.

Perfect flat in a great location.
The flat itself is lovely - spacious, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The best thing is the location - it's in a nice, quiet area, but just a 5-10 minute walk from the sea, the Towner Art Gallery and Congress Theatre in one direction, the town centre in another, and Gildredge Park in another. We'll definitely be booking again.

A genuine "haven."
This is an excellent apartment; very comfortable; tastefully decorated; thoughtfully appointed and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It also has the real bonus of off road, secure parking.The location is ideal and it is very quiet, conducive to a really relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend Gelato Famoso at Marine Parade for fabulous ice cream, even in October ! Furthermore, communication with Exclusively Eastbourne was exemplary; very quick to respond and extremely helpful and efficient.

This property does not accept pets.   Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
