Set moments from the inner marina on a quiet gated enclave, while only a very short stroll from the cafes, restaurants and shops of the Waterfront complex at Sovereign Harbour.

This stylish short term lease is set over three floors and provides ideal living for up to six people. It is smartly furnished throughout, to include all elements right down to towels and linen, and with all bills included.

On the ground floor there is a large bedroom which has a kingsize bed and French doors which open out onto a terrace with table and chairs and is a fine spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. There is an ensuite shower room for this bedroom.

There is a master kingsize bedroom on the second floor which enjoys glorious views over the marina and lovely natural light, with a spacious ensuite shower room and lots of storage.

The second bedroom on the top floor is set up as a twin and also has an ensuite with a bath and shower over.

The middle (first) floor is open-plan to maximise natural light across the entire floor – with a lounge overlooking the marina, with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and extra chair. The dining table is in the middle of the area and then a well equipped kitchen with a hob, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc.

WiFi is provided, along with all linen and regular towels (bring your beach towels), and there is also off-street driveway parking for four cars.

A well behaved adult dog may be considered on a selective basis (must be spayed / neutered, supplement applies).

Eastbourne town centre, with a train station providing direct links to London, Hastings, Bexhill and Brighton, is around four miles away.

Great location right on the lovely marina. Fantastic restaurants a nice short walk away. The accommodation is ideal for a party of adults because of the 3 en suites and great living and kitchen area. Perfect for 3 couples
The property is situated in a peaceful location a few miles from the centre of Eastbourne. The marina is a lovely setting. There are great restaurants just a short pleasant walk away. The number 99 bus is easy to catch (by Asda) into Eastbourne. The parking at the property is easy. The property itself was great for us, as there was 5 adults and all having our own en- suite was ideal. A great area for walking and running. Lots of history to be found. Highly recommend.

Excellent townhouse property in modern marina setting
Excellently equipped and fitted out 3 bedroom townhouse property in modern and extensive sea-front marina complex. The 3 en-suite bathrooms worked well for us. Property suited our needs perfectly and was well situated for local amenities, restaurants and for touring the area. Plenty of parking space. Sovereign Harbour is a little bit outside Eastbourne and it is a fair walk into town, but it made for a nice day out. Would use agents and property again if we returned to the area.

Perfect holiday home in a perfect spot.
We enjoyed a very relaxing week at Silver Strand. The property is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The marina views from the property are fantastic and we also enjoyed walks around the Sovereign Harbour area and along the promenade all the way into Eastbourne. Silver Strand is situated in a very quiet residential area of the harbour and the off road parking is excellent, although we didn't need to use the car all week! The service and helpfulness of the Exclusively Eastbourne team was fantastic and we are looking forward to booking this property again soon.

Exquisite, quiet, peaceful and tranquil.
What a lovely find this proved to be. The rooms were all fully furnished with plenty of facilities and space. The view from the windows looking onto the harbour and watching the fish idly swim by were peaceful and hypnotic. The Waterfront area at the harbour has grand selections of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc and even a boat tour during the summer which was also very interesting. The surrounding area provides something for everyone, from the dizzy heights of Beachy head to the miles of lovely beaches. The area is steeped in very interesting history and the theatres provide something for everyone.

Relaxing holiday on the Marina,superb house for sharing.
Superb location,great house for 6 people sharing. The 3 bathrooms were great,plenty of pots and pans and sitting areas.

This is a beautiful house, it has everything you could possibly want to make your stay there like home from home. it was beautifully clean, the beds and sofa were very comfortable. It was very quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from amenities.
The view from the windows is second to none.
The communication was spot on.

Best week of holidays in the Heart if the Harbour.
The cleanest house I've ever had holidays in. Amazing views of the Harbour and so close to the beach too. Enjoyed being in a gated community and felt safe to walk at night and leave the car. The bedding looked immaculate, everything gave the feeling of a plush hotel. Also loved the big kitchen and dining area - so easy to cook! Everything in the house worked and we had no trouble with technology. Good WiFi and a big tele that never glitched. The views of the Marina really set the mood and everything feels as if you are in a picturesque spot in Netherlands somewhere or South of France. Such nice restaurants on your doorstep and marine food is super fresh. The Agency (Exclusively Eastbourne) who deal with the property are lovely people and so easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful family stay at Silver Strands. The views of the harbor were stunning! Restaurants and shops were a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

There is a week-long minimum stay, with Friday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
