This stylish short term lease is set over three floors and provides ideal living for up to six people. It is smartly furnished throughout, to include all elements right down to towels and linen, and with all bills included.

On the ground floor there is a large bedroom which has a kingsize bed and French doors which open out onto a terrace with table and chairs and is a fine spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. There is an ensuite shower room for this bedroom.

Eastbourne short term rentals

There is a master kingsize bedroom on the second floor which enjoys glorious views over the marina and lovely natural light, with a spacious ensuite shower room and lots of storage.

The second bedroom on the top floor is set up as a twin and also has an ensuite with a bath and shower over.

The middle (first) floor is open-plan to maximise natural light across the entire floor – with a lounge overlooking the marina, with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and extra chair. The dining table is in the middle of the area and then a well equipped kitchen with a hob, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc.

WiFi is provided, along with all linen and regular towels  (bring your beach towels), and there is also off-street driveway parking for four cars.

Eastbourne town centre, with a train station providing direct links to London, Hastings, Bexhill and Brighton, is around four miles away.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+

There is a week-long minimum stay, with Friday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
