The ground floor serviced accommodation benefits from underfloor heating (who doesn't enjoy toasty toes??), stylish yet practical furniture and fittings and a setting literally moments from the seafront .

There is also a private terrace which captures the afternoon sun and a quiet space to revive and refresh.

Central Serviced Apartment in Eastbourne

Access to this serviced apartment in Eastbourne is easy, without any stairs into or around the apartment and building.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and an array of cooking utensils.

The spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed and a built in wardrobe.

As with all our Eastbourne serviced lets, we provide all linen and regular towels and can also provide weekly housekeeping. Heating is completely flexible for your needs, with lashings of hot water on tap.

For any stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied unless you are booking as serviced apartments. WiFi is also included and parking permits can be purchased at £1 per day, these permits can be used across a large area of central Eastbourne.

The train and bus station, with direct links to London, Brighton, Lewes and Ashford,  are a very short walk away, so a car is not essential for your stay although parking permits are available for just £2 per vehicle per day.

Really lovely apartment with all the mod cons. The bed was amazing, best sleep in a long time, very comfortable. Great location. We loved it so much have booked it again.

Carl and Sarah are amazing hosts.
The communication was easy (they respond to any questions etc), the location of the Airbnb is ideal for everybody's needs (everything is nearby), the accommodation is 100% suitable for our 9-month old (cot provided upon request) and all in all the accommodation met our needs entirely.
It's a home away from home.
If we come again, we shall seek out this flat again :)

Home from Home.
We so loved our stay here in November we just had to come again. The apartment is perfect for us and is just around the corner from the sea. It is central to the shops. Very comfortable, we feel well settled in within hours of arriving. The staff who greet you are really lovely and have great customer service. Definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a very comfortable stay. We were able to get parking right outside the apartment although this may not be the case in the high season.

Really nice apartment, with full equipment all rooms were spacious, the lighting is fantastic and located only few hundred meter away from the Center of Eastbourne, definitely worth the money.
Will rebook this place.

Roomy, convenient apartment in Eastbourne.
We spent three weeks in this comfortable and spacious ground floor flat near the seaside in Eastbourne. We had previously stayed in a smaller flat through the same agents, but were able to move to this much-nicer flat. The difference was substantial, although the difference in rent was slight. The 'Stage Door' flat featured a large living room and bathroom, good storage facilities and a reasonably-sized double bedroom. Almost all the facilities worked well (the very comfy underfloor heating didn't work in the bedroom): hot water, well-equipped kitchen, good shower, excellent wifi, washing machine. All-round a very comfortable apartment. Its very convenient location, opposite the Stage Door pub and Devonshire Park theatre - and the fact that the bedroom faced the road - might result in a certain amount of noise during a busy summer. But during COVID, it was both convenient and quiet. Our hosts - from Exclusively Eastbourne - were always available to answer questions or show us how something worked. The service was excellent.

Great stay in a lovely apartment, very clean and tidy, and perfect for the beach.
Quiet area.
Always someone on the end of the phone for queries - and very helpful.
Would book again when going to Eastbourne.

Smoking is not permitted in this property.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
