This well-presented two bedroom, two bathroom flat is one of our best located Eastbourne short term lets, within short walking distance from the beach and the town centre.

The train station is also only a short walk away, so a car is not essential for your stay. The serviced accommodation benefits from good outdoor space with patios at the front and back of the property.

For those that enjoy dining out, there are many wonderful restaurants and cafes to choose from starting just down the road on the walk into town and the Beacon Centre has more options as well as a Cineworld cinema.

Inside this lower ground floor property you will be welcomed by a well designed and fully furnished property. The decor is modern, yet with a warm and cosy feel to it.

The open plan living area has a relaxing L-shaped sofa that sits in front of a flat screen TV. There is also a sizeable dining table that looks out across one of the patio terraces.

The kitchen is also part of the open plan layout and comes fully equipped with, an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer and a wine cooler.

Both of the bedrooms come with sliding doors leading onto the back terrace of the property. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, and there is a further family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

For guests with limited mobility, a lift provides easy accessibility from the ground floor although several doorways have small step overs. Inside the apartment, the wooden floors will aid wheelchair use although you would need to walk through the actual doorways as they are not adapted for wheelchair use and therefore may not be wide enough to fit a wheelchair. The ensuite shower cubicle has just a small step over.

As with all our Eastbourne short term lets, we provide all linen and regular towels (but please bring your own beach / swimming towels).  For any stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied unless you are booking as serviced apartments. WiFi is also included and parking permits can be purchased at £2 per vehicle per day, these permits can be used across a large area of central Eastbourne.

Adults-only and a maximum of two guests.   No pets permitted.  This property is strictly for NO SMOKING guests only.

The Sanctuary is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is the perfect place for guests wanting to enjoy the seafront or attractions throughout the town. It is within easy walking distance of the train station for trips to London or other attractions. The street is very quiet at night so the location is peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this location.

Carl and Sarah were the perfect host. We booked very late and Carl was exceptionally accommodating for us. He met us at the property and kept in touch to make sure we were OK. Everything in the property was as expected. We had absolutely no problems at all. Check out was just as quick and easy. Very highly recommended

An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment close to the beach and the center of Eastbourne. Calm & relaxing décor helps you to forget you are so close to shops, theatres, cafes and bars. Amazingly quiet - no street noise at all. All the letting agency staff we met and spoke to were friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Quiet, central location. Apartment has everything you need for a great stay.
Booked through Exclusively Eastbourne. 2 minute walk to theatres and seafront. 5 minutes walk to the town centre.
Parking permits supplied by Ex.Ebrne. Lots of parking available nearby....but I did go at end of September.
Apartment is modern and comfortable. I would definitely book to go there again.

We'll be back!
We SO enjoyed our first staycation in Eastbourne, and much of that was because this flat is so close to everything, so quiet, so comfortable, so well equipped and so spacious.

A brilliantly convenient centre of town location.
Only a few minutes walk to the sea, that is a lovely quiet escape the moment you descend the stairs.

This property does not accept pets. Adult only, maximum of two adults per booking. This property is strictly for NO SMOKING guests only.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
