The property is also minutes away from the restaurants, theatres, shops and attractions of Eastbourne and just eight minutes walk to Eastbourne train station.

This stunning short term apartment has some lovely period features, such as wooden sash windows and high ceilings. It is perfect for stylish living enriched with modern fixtures and fittings.

Set on the raised hall floor, the property also benefits from a private patio - unusual in apartments so centrally located. This south facing sun terrace is perfect for a morning coffee or even al fresco dining in the warmer months.

The open plan living space includes a high-gloss, stylish kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. A separate utility cupboard houses a washer dryer, plus the controls for the underfloor heating system if evenings turn slightly chilly.

There is a comfy seating area to relax, in front of the wall mounted flatscreen TV. The dining table is well positioned in front of the patio doors, with lots of natural light cascading through.

This well presented short term apartment has a master suite with kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room, and one twin bedroom. There is also a sofabed in the lounge offering extra bed space for any visitors. A separate family bathroom with a luxurious, deep, oval bath with shower over means plenty of space for everyone.

WiFi is provided, plus all towels and linen, and you'll even find a selection of welcome teas and coffees. We also provide some hotel style toiletries in the bathrooms to get you started.

This short term apartment is located in central Eastbourne and offers easy access to the train station, with direct links to London, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Hastings and Lewes. If you're driving, parking permits are available for £1 per day (Sundays free).

“Excellent appartment - and perfectly located.”

Very nice apartment with a spacius terrace, in perfect surroundings. Near by the beach walk, town center and pubs/restaurants. We would like to come back some day :-)

“Lovely flat”

Flat is very well positioned near to the seafront and bandstand. On street parking nearby was never a problem. Lots of really good restaurants and shops on Terminus road, which is 5 minutes walk away.

The flat has everything you need, including WiFi, and a nice patio at the back.
We've just had our second visit so that says it all really.

"A taste of luxury in beautiful Eastbourne"
A luxurious and quiet apartment that lacks for nothing to make one's stay a pleasure. My wife and I would often say "look, there is even a such-and-such". And how enjoyable it was to sit and have breakfast while being entertained by the squirrels in the garden. An absolute topper of an apartment.

It's excellent value for money. Exclusively Holiday Homes and her staff was from the beginning to the end of our stay helpful for all ours questions and needs. The location of the Apartment surprised us for its position a 5 minutes food walk from the ELC language school and also only 3 minutes from the charming seaside. Not much further we found the urban centre of the town. Ideal for ambling, shopping and coffee breaks. The outstanding comfort and infrastructure of the flat equipped with best qualities of household appliance makes you just feel at home. Ideal for self catering.

Super Apartment! This is our second trip to Eastbourne. We really enjoy the (good old school) service from Sarah and Carl. They are always 100% reliable. Gresham house is perfect! (2 adults 2 teenagers from Norway). Its located near the beach and the city center. The flat has a Nice living room and Kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and a nice patio. The flat is modern and functional. We really enjoyed the two weeks here and will surely come back!

"Perfect apartment, great location"
We really enjoyed our time at this apartment, which is nicely refurbished and stylishly furnished. The location is very convenient for both the seaside and the town centre and served well as a basis for tours around East Sussex and to London. Contact and service provided by the owner/management was very friendly and helpful, especially including the arrangements for our late arrival.

Simply ideal.
The flat is superbly appointed to a high standard and included everything we needed; the patio is a lovely area to relax and a real bonus whether having breakfast or after the beach.
It was ideally situated for us, both near the town and the beach.

Perfect stay.
The accommodation was very well received. Beautifully clean, it contained everything you would need. The parking out front was essential and always available, so we recommend buying a parking permit. They're not expensive, and well worth it. This apartment is highly recommended.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit.   To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.  For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.  Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave.  If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.   It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes.   Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside.   Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
